Get a top floor room. All others are too noisy.

The place is old but there is a lot of room in a 3 bedroom 2 bath place. Soaking tub in master is nice. Pool options are good. The biggest complaint was the noise. We were in building 24, room 201 and whoever was in 301 let their kids jump off the furniture and run throughput the condo. That’s what outside and the play ground is for. The whole condo shook and management said there was nothing they could do because it was not quiet hours. Even after 11 people were walking upstairs and keeping us awake. If you stay here ask for a top floor room. There is an elevator.

Very dirty rooms, terrible customer service, and roaches. When we complained they put sheets over the furniture and told us everyone has roaches. Really!??? We ended our stay early and got a hotel room. Please save yourself and Stay away from this property. It was nice......20 years ago

I was pleased with the cleanliness and moderness of the unit. Wifi worked great and everything needed for our stay was provided. I would stay there again if traveling to the area. Very convenient to restaurants.
Clean and Well Maintained

I can only complain that the TV selection was pretty basic cable. The place was well maintained and clean. I will be returning for another visit and will let my friends know how well I enjoyed my stay.
Avoid this Place!

A Total Sham! Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! In the winter of 2019, I received a phone call about a 3 day/2 night "vacation" in Branson, Orlando, or Vegas. I was told (and have it in writing) that we would receive a $150.00 check, plus our deposit back (which amounted to $100.00), and a sea or land vacation choice. I think I paid between $99.00-$139.00. We scheduled our visit and "tour" in March of 2020 and were asked to deposit $50.00 to hold our spot. Due to Covid and the U.S. shutting down we had to reschedule for November of 2021. Again, we were asked to place another $50.00 deposit, but not to worry that that money would be returned to us after our tour. The check in was easy enough, but another $50.00 (approximately) was billed to my credit card for a "resort fee". The pool area was nice and the bartenders were good. The room itself at the Calypso Cay was NOT clean. My husband dropped an ice cube on the floor in the kitchen and when he cleaned up the water the paper towel was so nasty. We wore shoes the entire time we were in the unit. The shower light did not work and the tub was not very clean. The king bed was miserable. It creeked EVERYTIME one of us moved. The kitchen had very limited supplies as far as plates and dishes. The next day was the 90 minute tour that we agreed to attend. The presenter did a nice job, but we were not interested. It did not meet our expectations or needs. They played the music so loud you often couldn't hear the presenter which makes me wonder about any fine print that we were being told but simply couldn't hear. The 90 minute presentation took OVER 2 hours!! In a last ditch effort to sell us something another man presented a lower price and when we said no again we were rudely told to go to the Hilton next door, "they'd be happy to take our $200.00 a night". Then came time for Capital Vacations to "pay up". Funny how our $150.00 check that we were promised turned into tickets for local attractions. We selected Sea World (because that was about our only choice). We were then told the tickets would be $109.00 each so we would have to use part of the $100.00 deposit (from holding our place twice) to cover the cost of the tickets. That $250.00 turned into 2 tickets to Sea World (I hope they are valid if we ever get back to Orlando) into $68.00. The lady suggested we use the balance at a grocery store. We discovered that the "gift card" when used at a restaurant would take an additional $7.00 for the privilege of using it. With all the changes and misleading that was done I can only imagine how they do business when actually purchasing a "vacation club package" from Capital Vacations and how much you would get ripped off. I would suggest people RUN from this company!
