This hotel is a good option todo visit with your family. The room was very clean. The breakfast have a lot of options and the recepcionist Israel was very helpful, definetly I'll go back again with my Family.

Jackie and Enrique were awesome and are the main reason we stay here!!! They keep us coming back!!! They are both courteous, patient and very efficient!!! Keep up the great work!!! Stop in and see them and I know you will feel the same way!!! You have made a customer for life!!!

The stay was overall a good experience. Pros—very nice staff, very clean room, good breakfast included. Cons—broken lamp, closet slide doors totally off track, tub faucet handle fitted incorrectly making it next to impossible to completely turn off. Finally, reserving online, I reserved a room with two queen beds, but was given a room with two double beds. I was charged for a two queen. Upon checking out, my husband shared the physical issues with room. I addressed the price not matching the room. I wasn’t offered a credit refund, but points toward other stays. Overall, the stay was good. More attention to detail in room needed before guests enter.

We found Luis, Enrique & Israel so accommodating & friendly while at the Comfort Inn on IDRIVE. Thus it felt like it was a home away from home. There's just one comment I'll leave for management to resolve: the bathroom smells moldy but the linens are clean. The property is very convenient to sights & to restaurants.

Rude staff, hotel is out-dated, toilet clogged up the 1st night, mirror door was broken, shower had rust in it, roaches, window was dirty. The over all stay was very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel location at all
