Nice affordable place to stay at.

Nice clean place, friendly employees, nice gift shop, only thing didn't care for was the food -its expensive and not so great and not alot of options. They have 2 pool which is a plus. Watch your bags even when you check out and will watch until you need to leave for the day.

Nice Budget Pick for WDW
Reviewed 5 june, 2022
This is a good pick if you’re trying to save money somehow at Disney. Room was big enough to fit two beds and that’s about it. Clean room and extremely comfortable bed. There 4 nights and the room was not cleaned, but towels and coffee were replenished once.

Someone else chose this hotel for me, and after I found out where I was staying, of course I peeked at reviews here. Most people had gripes about it and many referred to it as down-market for Disney. Well, if THIS is down-market, I will take it! From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. And it wasn't the over the top, fakey Disney welcome, it was a genuine welcome. My room overlooks the guitar shaped swimming pool, which is lovely to look at. The room itself is VERY WELL designed. I stay in hotels often and this one really uses the space well! Everything seems to be thought out - lighting is good, bed comfortable, bathroom very accessible but not out in the open, electrical plugs in great locations, and night tables easily accessed from bed. It definitely feels like a space that the designers and architects took time to INHABIT and make sure everything was good (as opposed to many hotel rooms that function so poorly that you can't imagine the architect ever spending a night in them...). I recommend this resort.

Nice but small rooms
Reviewed 3 june, 2022
Everything was nice but rooms were much smaller than expected and of course everything Disney is expensive so be ready to pay a lot for even a drink anywhere from five to twenty dollars each. But the pools are nice and all the extra games and movie time at the pools.

Business Plan- Charge More, Less Service =$$$$$$$$

Like others I agree that this hotels hospitality is lacking. We also had to stay in a building at the back of the property. Parking is still a little distance to the parking lot. Midway through our stay we were told that we had to park in the front or the other side of the property or be towed because they were shutting down parking lots 2 through 5 to setup tents for an event next week. To make matters worse we still have to pay $20 per night to park. That is close to half of the parking. Plus they don't change bedding anymore because of "covid". The lady we spoke to yesterday was rude about the parking but Im sure she gets a spot close to the lobby so she can pack her purse to the car. Stay elsewhere. This hotel is really going downhill. They have the right money making plan. Do less for your customers and charge them more. Except there is a point when you get tired of being taken advantage of and quit coming.
