I recently relocated to Orlando and my family and I have been staying at ESA the location and the staff are greatI will continue to stay here until I find a place of my own for me and my family. I would highly recommend this location to anyone

Very poor management , took my money and i never stay, charged me $64.74 because i did not like the hotel service and i ask for my money they keep promising and lying about it even Travelocity could not do NOTHING

Do not waste your money. They advertise very misleading information. First, the pool and fitness room are closed. There is no grab and go breakfast. The lobby is closed so no lobby bathroom facility either. The television did not work - no cable service was connected to it. The internet connected to the phone but did not work. The bed is hard as a rock. After 3 nights neither my husband nor I can walk due to severe back pain. When we asked for extra pillows our request was denied by front desk. There is no housekeeping at all and when we asked for extra towels they handed us a wad of towels in a ball. The towels had hairs in them. Not just one towel, all the towels had hairs attached. The curtains were torn. The room did not feel clean at all. The laundry facilities are outside by the pool but they do not have or sell laundry detergent. The worst part of the experience was how rude the front desk lady was. It was obvious she hates her job. On a plus side, the refrigerator worked great and the water was hot in the shower. The windows opened for a nice evening breeze. Also we did not see any bugs or rodents - probably due to the feral cat family that lives outside.
