We enjoyed our halloween weekend at these accommodations, the foods were delicious and had fun at the pool. The attention is good, the girl Diana was so nice at the checking in and is doing a great job with her english.
Absolutely disgusting and sketchy AF

One star is too generous for this abomination they call a hotel, sleeping in my car would have been a better, a cleaner, and safer option. Roaches galore, dirt, hair, food, trash are all things that are free of charge and all over your room. Paper thin windows so you can hear every single car pass by. I would never stay here again and hope this gives you all the warning you need before you make your next hotel choice.
Look somewhere else...ANYWHERE else.

Here's the deal. Everyone with the bad reviews are 100% correct. I failed to read comments before staying here...and man...just do your research! Got here...guy at the front desk said the room we booked wasn't available...but there was another room with the same specifications that we reserved that was open. Which made no sense but OK. It was raining when we checked it...walking to the room there were many ceiling tiles that were actively leaking....and huge puddles in the hallway. Those should have been signs to leave...BUT at 45$ a night this close to Universal...we trudged on. Passed a really large laundry room with like 5 people standing around doing laundry...never seen such in a hotel. Passed several rooms with their doors open...strong weed smells...it felt more like an apartment complex than a hotel. Got to the room....smelled like stale food and cigarettes..There were black hairs in the bed and on the bathroom floor...like the housekeeping was going through some hair loss ailment. The toilet had problems flushing...the shower wouldn't drain. Just no. Go to a name brand hotel/motel so you know what you are getting. Oh and theres no breakfast.
