Horrible

Reviewed 17 september, 2022

Last minute unexpected overnight stay, booked over the phone, so I was unable to cancel. Customer service HORRIBLE. Rang the bell for service after waiting about 10 min for someone to come to the desk, came back a couple minutes later, with a question, had to yell to the back a few times, about 5-6 times for help, because the lady removed the bell. The room was horrible, rust everywhere, tub peeling, roaches, dirty linen. I will NEVER stay here again. This location was at 8432 Jamaican Ct Orlando, FL. DO NOT STAY HERE.

A roach’s paradise

Reviewed 5 august, 2022

10/10 do NOT recommend staying here. You’re better off sleeping in your car in a Walmart parking lot. The room had not just roaches, but other beetle-like bugs all over. I was woken up because I felt something crawling on my arm…it was a cockroach. Absolutely disgusting. To add insult to injury, the keycards never worked. The front desk had to reset them every day I was there. The elevators never worked either. Lastly, the towels felt like sandpaper, which wouldn’t have been a huge deal if there weren’t roaches too. This place is just one big health code violation. Avoid it all costs. Godspeed.

You Can Find a Better Hotel

Reviewed 28 july, 2022

The good side of this hotel: Queen-size bed was comfortable and plenty of tv channels for entertainment. In addition, it is in a great location near restaurants and Icon Park on International Drive. The negative side: the bathtub was peeling and hallways smelled like marijuana. The clientele in the hotel is not the best. I heard one argument in a hotel room and another woman screaming expletives to someone in the hallway. There are also ne’er do well guests smoking pot in the stair wells. Avoid getting a room near exit doors as they shut loudly. There are much better options in the area.

Filthy rooms, disgusting hotel.

Reviewed 12 july, 2022

Avoid at all costs, the room was filthy, absolute dump of a a hotel. Bath / Shower was so filthy I wouldn't even consider using it. Lampshade covered in dried blood, disgusing sticky residue on the base of the lamp. Just an awful, awful hotel!

5 stars

I arrived in my room to the smell of damp and freezing cold. As a Brit, even I wasn’t used to that cold temperature. As I progressed into the room, I thought to myself “oh no, this looks like the type of place I’d get murdered.” I slept in fear the 2 nights I stayed as I thought I would end up bleeding out in the bathtub. Long story short, I survived my 2 nights in this fabulous ‘4 star hotel’ (should definitely be 5 stars if you make it out alive) would stay again!
