I can start by saying we would absolutely stay here again. The space and layout of the house was perfect for our group of 13. Loved that each room had a king bed and most had their own bathroom. We did notice a few amenities broken or not working; no one thing that would ruin a stay but collectively it was pretty annoying. The washing machine didn’t work, the massage chair didn’t work, the ping pong table had no ping pong balls. The corn hole was missing half the bags, the grill kind of worked if you lit it with a lighter and only used half. The toilet paper holder won’t latch so it kept falling on the ground. Also would have loved some cleaning supplies like windex for the glass dining tables etc. We called upon arrival to report the issues and they said they would log this and call back once they know their policy on addressing the issues. No call back. We spoke again a couple days into the stay and the issues were once again logged. No remedy or answers. We chose to extend a day. Again, no one was upset, just a little annoyed that we paid for this house anticipating functioning amenities. On the day we were initially supposed to check out, people came and fixed the washer and left ping pong balls and corn hole bags. All in all it’s a really fun house. The kids loved it. Assuming most of these minor issues will be addressed for the next family’s stay, it’s a real gem.
A FAMILY RESORT

I had 3 rooms with 16 of us. Great family getaway. Pool was heated and warm, small child safe. I would recommend this resort to any family. Great beds and private bathrooms for each. Golf courses were everywhere. 7 minutes to Disney. Have some quarters for tolls!

Clean, roomie, good proximity to attractions. Had an issue with the hot water but the maintenance team was on top of it. Restaurants onsite were a bit pricey but there are plenty of options near by. Would stay again.

Villas where amazing, large, comfortable. If you like golfing this is the place with 3 amazing courses. everything is nearby and the site is very calm and quiet which is wonderful. If you have kids there is an amazing water park inside the resort community. I will be back for sure.
Great Place but Pool Does not Allow Outside Food and Drink

The property is awesome, staff is friendly, and our 3 bedroom villa (south villas) was great! Big, clean, and nice furniture. My only complaint has to do with the water park not allowing outside food and drink. Few things: 1.) We only found out about that upon arriving there. This is after we had purchased extra food and drink at the grocery store. Much of it went to waste. 2.) You need to offer more options for children. The water park is FOR KIDS and you need more kid food options. Not every kid enjoys chicken fingers and pbj. At a minimum at least allow parents to bring in small snacks for our children. And this leads me to.. 3.) If you won't even allow children snacks, then you need to open the food service earlier than 11am. Kids eat early and often. This is easily fixed by just allowing child snacks. You're already making your money on $13 alcohol sales. At least make the parents life easier by allowing us to provide snacks to our kids. 4.) Put more staff behind the bar to make the ordering process quicker. With the setup as-is, I had hungry children and I was waiting in line for 20+ minutes each time I ordered food. You have one bar with two staff members servicing the ENTIRE pool. Look, I get the need to make money off of food and beverage sales. Make the money off the adults though, and make our kids' time there more enjoyable by allowing us to bring food in for them. At the end of the day, the water park is for the kids so make it so.
