Rosen Inn At Pointe Orlando

I have stayed at another Rosen property last year, and after reading the reviews for this one I was a little nervous. I'm glad I took the chance. There was no noise, no unwelcomed visitors, no pot smoking, no unruly children running about. I always check for bugs before I unpack, and after reading the reviews of dirty bathrooms and such, I disected that as well. Everything was clean and in order. I was aware of the sales pitch in the lobby based on other reviews. It wasn't that bad and only lasted a few mins, but I did tell the man that I had a (phone) meeting starting soon. My biggest complaint is the shower pressure which was less than impressive. I think the poolside rooms (even-numbers) are quieter. Bed comfy; blanket a little light. A/C didn't seem up to par. The first night I was actually a little hot, and it was set to 70 degrees. It was 40 degrees outside. The 2nd night I was comfortable. The a/c was set to 70 degrees but it was 35 degrees outside. Who knows. That would be a deal breaker in the heat of summer. I highly recommend getting accurate shuttle information before you commit to this hotel if the shuttle if important. It was for us, and we ended up getting an uber for $6 to the park at 7:30. We were able to get one of the return shuttles. All in all, I would stay here again as there is no parking fee and the price is right, but I will ultimately make my final decision based on the shuttle schedule and park opening times.

The Room smelled damp and really bad. The bathroom door almost touched the toilet. The beds were damp as well. Overall not a great place to stay if you care about sanitation. My family and we left right away.

No maid service for all 5 days of my stay! Water pressure dripped at a trickle, toiled took 3-4 minutes to recycle. Bed, soft and uncomfortable. A/C noisy and rattling. No food service except pre-packed goods at the property's "mini-mart".

I did not stay. I was sent here because their hotel at 7600 International Drive was shut down. No warning on Christmas Day I had to stay at airport. They put me in a room here with roaches. I was given another room facing highway with people next door smokibg marijuana. I went to desk again to tell her that it is unacceptable abd I never booked this place. WATCH OUT. I paid to stay at the airport and fees for new plane tickets. The roach is in the pic. This place was nasty. Not for children. I had a young child here. Ruined Christmas. They are trying to keep my money.

The staff are rude and rooms are never cleaned. There was blood on the toilet seat when we arrived. Jose (MOD) refused to give me clean sheets and threatened to kick us out when we requested them. Gross. We have never stayed at such a gross place before. Won't leave because we paid for it but won't tolerate this level of nastiness. Hoping to help others save their money before considering this place.
