Overall, we will probably come back simply because the room was large, each child had their own bed, the dogs had space, and it was in our budget. The No cleaning service was a pro & a con - they really should think that through a bit more. I wish it was cleaner & the beds were more comfortable. I expected more from a Sheraton. Pros: ➖ Has Bunk Beds + Pull out Bed for the kids ➖ Great for pets: doors open to the outside, we were able to get our room on the ground floor, multiple places to take them to go potty, they had poop bags & garbage cans, and a safe place for walkIng ➖ Great pool area. Nice single slide. One pool has a volleyball net and basketball court. Hot tub was nice. ➖ Great Thanksgiving Brunch ➖ Staff was nice ➖ No cleaning service while we were there - which was good since the dogs were in the room while we were gone during the day Cons: ➖ Beds are not comfortable (time to call the chiropractor!) ➖ Pillows are flat ➖ Lots of dirty & dusty spots (see pics) ➖ The bathtub was old and peeling ➖ No water pressure in the shower. However, that probably was a good thing because if it did have good water pressure, we probably would have been calling down to fix the drain because the tub drain was SOOO slow. ➖ No cleaning service meant we ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex 3 times, had to take out our own trash, had to use Wawa grocery bags for garbage bags, and had to use used bathroom towels to clean the tile floor.

First at check-in there was an issue with undisclosed $100 non-refundable pet fees; none listed on any website, only says “charges MAY apply”. The manager’s solution was to ask if we wanted to cancel the reservation and go elsewhere. I was livid to say the least. Just what I wanted the day before Thanksgiving. I pay the fee and go to the room only to find some weird funk on a lamp…mold, rust, caked on dirt?? I don’t know. It goes on…the tv remote did not work, called for a new one, “it’ll be right up” they say. NOPE. The toilet barely flushed and the sink didn’t drain. The breakfast buffet at Zest was subpar and frankly for $18.95/pp should be a whole lot better. I could see charging that for the omelette station but not for the other items served. The staff was friendly and the hotel presented well kept in the common areas. Needless to say, we won’t be staying at this hotel again.

Perfect!

Had the absolute best stay this week. It was perfect for getting to and from the parks, and just general proximity to everything without being in the middle of it all. As someone who visits Orlando at least twice a year, I can say with certainty that I won’t be staying at any other hotels. Sheraton Villas we’re perfect and I can’t wait to visit in the summer when the weather is warmer and less rainy.

The level of service I received during my stay was outstanding, far exceeded expectations at every interaction. The pool is a great place to relax and grab a drink and the property is very close to Disney. I am already looking forward to my next stay.

Enjoyable Stay

Stayed down there for EDC. Enjoyed the room with a balcony over looking the pools. Before going down to the EDC event I enjoyed the afternoons recharging and drinking beverages by the poolside. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas to go around. The pizza from the poolside bar is something I recommend. The hotel is near a few locations that were cool to visit within walking distance like Player 1 Video Game Bar, Susuru, and U & Me Revolving Hot Pot. I enjoyed the interactions with the staff all around. Shout out the bar staff Guillermo and Ray for providing awesome service!
