Very bad experience in that hotel where we are stucked due to the pandemic situation. We have been waked up by drill noises for two days because of construction Work inside the hotel building. They should not accept any guests if they are not able to offer a quiet place to rest.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the executive rooms. From everything you could want at breakfast on the 36th floor, to receptive / attentive staff (reserving us a table as a family of 4 on the last day in the executive lounge) to an adequate gym / stretch space / sunny pool / nice spa / sauna / cold bath..... We loved everything about the stay and will definitely be back.

An attractive, conveniently located place to stay in Osaka

I was relieved to find that coronavirus precautions were being observed. The hotel is very attractively furnished, clean and obviously well managed. The staff were courteous and supportive. There is direct, (elevator) access to and from the station complex, (which is located very close by). There are numerous shops, restaurants and convenience stores within easy walking distance of the hotel.

・Swissotel Nankai Osaka is located on Nankai Railway Namba station, you can easily access to the hotel. And the hotel is skyscraper, you can see the wonderful cityscape from the cabin/restaurant. ・Every employee is polite and good appearance, it is well deserved with luxury hotel. But I looked like a flow process and they have no passion, I believe that was due to the busy times in Christmas season. ・We used the “Wa(和)” suite room in this time, this cabin has very good furnitures and comfortable mood, we had the relaxing time. Also, Served the carrot cake which garnished the National flag of Swiss, It is nice. ・In breakfast there are Japanese, Western and Chinese foods in buffet style, you can enjoy the diverse gourmet. I like the “Okonomi Yaki” local food in Osaka and it is good. ・There is a big bath like hot spring, you can take a bath and refresh in the hotel.

we were in 3 people and on the first day the accommodation was prepared for 2 people only, the service was not effective the receptionist charged us twice the amount that was in the application the region has much nicer and cheaper hotels we paid a lot and the hotel only offers 1 free water. the hotel restaurant menu is very expensive
