Black mold in our room. Beds are so tall a short person can’t get up on it. They would not refund any of our money. Carpet in hall is awful. Evening desk guy was nice. Daytime lady is not helpful. Allowing people to stay in a moldy room is unconscionable.

Stayed here a while some friends with a big family stayed in my house. Very friendly, easy check in, everything was as described. GF you just make up so she brought her own make up removal towels. She brought them back home when we left and disposed of them at home. Who goes to a hotel and wipes off oil base mascara and a ton of pancake mix make up on a hotel towel leaving an indelible stain that cannot be washed out and expects the hotel to pay for it.? Some people are being absolutely ridiculous. The breakfast was great, the coffee was very good and they were right on time having the breakfast ready when they said they would. Will definitely recommend to friends and will stay here when our friends come back and meet our house.

We stayed here over the weekend for a baseball tournament and it was a great hotel. Perfect location. Clean rooms and very friendly workers..They even washed the boys uniforms for us at no charge !! Will definitely be back..Thanks again !!!

This hotel is close enough to Avery Island and Jefferson Island to be convenient, yet far enough away from stuff not to have a lot of noise. If the pool is a deciding factor in your hotel selection, this is not the hotel for you. The pool is tiny, it can fit 4 kids comfortably. The hotel is clean, comfy beds, friendly staff and a full breakfast. We will be staying here again.

We stayed at this hotel for a softball tournament, the staff was extremely accommodating by placing our group in close rooms, washed our team uniforms & gave us great recommendations on local restaurants. The breakfast was fresh & hot. Our Morning attendant made sure our players had plenty of great food to start their busy day.
