Roaches! The bathroom shower didn’t work, the bathroom smelled awful and there were roaches. I wasn’t able to shower during my stay. I told the staff and they looked at me like - what am I supposed to do? Don’t go there

I have never left this bad a review for any business. I had a 5 day stay here for business. Despite 2 requests my room was never serviced as in no clean towels, trash emptied, nada for the entire 5 night stay! I emptied my own trash. No fresh coffee pods. Their dining room was shut down (covid) so no food available yet their bar was open? They had bagged breakfast for their premier members but the rest of us were on our own. Seriously? I will refuse to stay here in the future. One of our team checked out after one night and went to the Hampton next door. Oh and I never had a hot shower the entire time. Luke warm.
Could be better.

Rude receptionists, black mold, cold, low pressure water in shower, non-working fan and heat lamp in bathroom. The hotel had lots of rooms available so I guess we could of changed rooms but we were tired and most problems were discovered the next day . We we’re leaving anyway.

I really couldn’t wait to check out of this hotel. I come to Oxford frequently on business and have stayed at several of the hotels in this area. This hotel was a total disappointment. They continue to advertise an indoor pool, a hot tub, a business station, and restaurant when NONE of these things are available. They are all closed and have been closed for over a year. In my opinion, that is plenty of time to update the booking website to notify customers instead of beautiful pictures of all these things. It’s false advertising. I booked because of all the amenities on the website, like the indoor pool. Despite no breakfast at all, they will sell you some prepackaged items at the front desk if anyone was ever actually at the front desk. I stood, waiting and calling “hello”at the desk to purchase some items. No one ever showed, so I called the front desk FROM my phone AT the front desk. It rang, and rang. I finally heard someone in the back yelling, “the phone is ringing”. I had hope. The phone eventually stopped ringing, so I called again. Finally someone came to answer the phone and I could purchase my food items and make an appointment for the fitness faculty. That’s right- the fitness facility is by appointment only. Now to the room: The hot water literally lasted 5 minutes. My husband and I learned we needed to shower together and QUICKLY if we wanted a warm shower. There were only 2 towels. To make matters worse, I had to kill a giant cockroach in the room with my can of hairspray. The only positives: the bed was comfortable, and the blackout drapes were truly blackout drapes. Never again. I wish I had read the previous reviews and avoided staying here altogether. I thought the Hilton brand would be a bit of luxury, but save a little money and stay at the more “Comfortable” inn/suite right around the corner that has hot breakfast, a fitness center available anytime, and is just as nice- if not nicer. I gave 2 stars because at least the bedding and bed were comfortable. Otherwise, it would definitely be 1.

I never give reviews but the service was so terrible I had to. The lady that checked me in was so rude and such a horrible person. She did not welcome me as a lifetime diamond member she argued with me about my credit card
