As the reviewers have said, clean, great staff, nice pool for a small hotel. Only con is sink in bathroom and sink in kitchen is cold water only. Shower is only hot water. View very pleasant looking out over jungle. Toast offered for breakfast.

I booked in this hotel with my friend (he was already in Patong) 21 nights from the 07 to the 28 of february and i PAID IN ADVANCE 1500 bath p. night. Unfortunately around the 22 of february i knew about my family problem in Italy and i knew that the day 25 of february i must to comeback in Italy absolutely. Well... As soon as i knew this i talked with one employee's hotel (Eddi) and i explained him the situation to trying have also a partial refund of the missing 3 nights from the 25 to the 28. Immediately he told me it wasn't possible but i told him to try talk with the boss. He told me ok. The day after he told me: i spoke with the boss and he confirmed me it wasn't possible a refund not even partial because there weren't new customers to book my room. I was a little bit angry but i told him ok, BUT the room must be free for the next three nights will come hier in my room my friend, i will give to him room keys, I ALREADY PAID ALSO FOR THOSE 3 NIGHTS! Eddi told yes sure no problem! A couple a days ago talking with my friend i knew that the hotel re-booked again and first my room for the 3 nights that i already paid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unbelieveble! I never comeback there, for sure! They are dishonest!!!!

We arrived at 20.00 time after a very long journey.We asked for two coffees.No coffee at this hotel.First shock was that the receptionist asked to pay again for the room.We said that we had paid to Agoda.Finaly after long time he founded out that we did pay allreaddy.Then went to the room.Second shock:Small dead animal laying in the first room.He said that its normal in Thailand.Then the room was smelling sooo bad.We couldnt sleep from the bad smell there.He said that there are not other free rooms .Thank god we had only booked this hotel for two nights only.Next morning early i took the bike trying to find another hotel. I did very easy.We are still running away from this hotel.The only good thing in this hotel is that rooms are very large.Every thing else is a night mare.Stay away .

I prebooked the hotel with Asia rooms, 7 adults 3 kids 3 rooms with extra bed. When I arrived the owner commented "you 10 people only booked 3 room?" And I said " you wants me to booked additional room for kids whom age only 3-7?" Then started to show face! I wanted to pay by credit card he said 3% chargeable for credit card and gave me option to pay later with cash. When I come after dinner the manager refused to give key to my sister unless we settle payment, he was so rude!. When I reached I try to pay by credit card but his machine offline but blame my card. At this point I was boiling!!! Let me give reasons why no one should get this hotel 1. No lift 2. Dirty pool and small 3. Dirty shower rooms 4. No hot water 5. Not all room have microwaves or utensils as advertise 6. Above all neither the owner or the manager have courtesy or people skill to manage their customers. 7. The bed hard as rock 8. At night there is women walking around to "offer service" 9. No one speak proper English! It's frustrating! 10. It's up in the hill not suitable for elders!

hôtel parfait pour un séjour au calme la nuit vous n'entendez que les insectes chanter joli cadre de verdure et piscine sympathique Kitchenette un peu juste mais suffisante pour se faire plaisir Ménage fait tous les jours. je recommande
