From the moment that we arrived the ladies at the front desk were confuse The lobby pictures that they show in their website do not match with what they really have Carpeting in the hallways old and dirty The rooms didn’t seem to be cleaned I had to ask if they had clean linens I couldn’t stay there I asked for a refund

The customer service regarding the paperwork required is just a mess the people working there just does not help at all and don't solve anything. I'll never be back at this hotel. They double charged me and hasn't refund me yet after 2 weeks and the papers for the tax purposes didn't

A nice place for a quiet night

I was pleased with the accomodation and service of Krystal Pachuca after I needed to find a place for the night close, walking distance, to the Central Bus Terminal. I walked in off the street and probably should have made reservations online for a nice discount. But the room was worth it. It had a great tv, a huge bed, everything was so clean and crisp. I did have to plug in a bed light after wondering why it did not come on and the same with the coffee maker which had to be relocated to another accessable outlet. The exhaust fan on the air conditioning ducting needed repair quieting (room 515), the head board of the bed needed to be secured better. Not hot enough water in the late afternoon to fill the bathtub but wonderfully hot in the early morning. Housekeeping friendly and welcoming. Desk pleasant and efficient. Super quiet during the night despite being in the middle of town.

I think this is one of the worst hotel we checked in ever. At first glance the hotel seems ok but when you enter the rooms all falls apart. Dark, with not enough lightning despite the room was interior, the shower door had a leak, the faucet did not have enough water, one bedside table was almost ripped of the wall, with no hairdrier. When we complained at the front desk the girl in there seemed to take note but no, the staff do not care at all . When we returned at night all were the same besides the maid did not clean the room, the worst part is that when you make the reservation you have to pay in advance, so we had to stay the two nights reserved. Terrible place, terrible staff, terrible attitude.

A/C was not good so if you turn it on you'll get a warm room, parking lot is small and some spaces are narrow. Room service menu is not enough and some of the options are not available and if you think about it, it is expensive. TV channels options are very few and some of them are not broadcasted well. Bathroom and tub look old despite they count with a fresh aspect. So much pillows on the bed. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours at some point. Internet speed is good to watch a movie...,once you get it fully downloaded.
