Traveling

Stopped one night, traveling to Florida. Easy on off access to interstate and seems to be a safe location with ample parking. Hotel is in need of an update,AC wasn’t efficient and room stayed stuffy. Lots of highway noise on the side facing internet. This hotel accepts all PETS, and there was a dog barking constantly. But the worst part was a woman carried her dog thru the breakfast buffet line hovered over the dishes and she would grab food with her hand and feed the dog. Would not recommend staying here.

Beware of dogs

Dog friendly - and that's not good. I had several dogs in the room next to me. Hard to sleep....it's not their fault but the hotel shouldn't accept dogs or should put empty rooms between them and customers. I'm soooo tired as I write this review. Otherwise, it was fine - the front desk folks were gracious and the room was older but serviceable. But I didn't sleep much.

Adequate

Two night stay - Labor Day Weekend Property was clean , quiet and offered a well rounded breakfast . Close to a shopping plaza with a Publix , restaurants, etc. Ample parking - we had our jet skis with us and there was more than enough spots to accommodate a full hotel . As others have described it is outdated. We opted for mobile checkin but did not receive it until after we checked in at the front desk . None of these minor inconveniences diminished our weekend getaway in any way .

I'd recommend looking for another hotel

I stayed one night, which was one night too many! The hotel is need of TLC and updating. It doesn't seem to have the same Marriott Standards as other Marriott Properties in this business model. Mobile key was requested, never was able to get mobile key, Then check in at desk was slow. I checked in online and requested mobile key, but to get hard key had to show ID, Credit Card etc, and they were super slow about it. The room wasn't bad, it was quiet, comfortable, clean, only issue is no wifi service in the rooms. The vibe from interactions with the hotel employees and hearing employees talk is odd, I heard things guests shouldn't hear. I was in the lobby working, walking in the hall and heard an earful. Breakfast was fine, it's what it is for a free breakfast. Plenty of food at 7am. Next time I am in this area, I will look at other hotels. If you're staying, ask to stay on the even number rooms - less noise from 95.

Needs updating!

So the area of Palm Coast Florida is beautiful. I'm in the area working for 2 days and decided to stay. The only Marriot type hotel was the Fairfield Inn that is close to where I'm working. Just average. Very disappointed for Marriot. It's out dated. Did not feel "that it looked clean because it was so outdated". Then I wanted to sleep in and was awakened by the "piped in pool music around 6 or 630am" I thought it was the neighbor. But found our it was not. The breakfast I did not go near because no one was wearing masks or using hand sanitizer in between. I'm just disappointed in Marriott, especially because the nightly rates are over $107/per night. Would not stay again. The gentleman man at check in was pleasant. Oh yea, im like a Platinum member, my gift was a 16 oz bottle of water. They also have the crappy coffee pot in room that only does a "tea bag" size of coffee.
