The rooms are smalls but very clean,the food was good but the service has to be improved. Indoor Pool and 2 sauna are free of charge, the Wi-Fi, a little bit slow. It is placed in a quit area, 10 minuntes on foot to the beach.

This resort is a pearl, real 4 stars for Spanish standards, amazing stone floors, tasteful food and excellent staff, both at the reception and restaurant as well as at the lobby bar. Excellent shower, bed linen, towels, drinks, and amazing Staff, like Raul, Maria, Mel, the lady at the reception with long curly blond hair, and also Housekeeping Maria, room was aways impeccable clean and tidy. the views on the landscape and the beach, it was at 7th Floor with amazing view of lush gardens and sea view. If you can afford, upgrade as well. unfortunately too many drunk german men drinking alcohol on all inclusive bases as there will be no tomorrow. Shaming kind of tourist, dressed miserably (flip-flops in the restaurant, sport shoes, sport gear, night club t-shirts from MegaPark and Bierkönig the whole week no wash smelling) really don't get it, how can people come to a paradise island like Mallorca just to get drunk and disturb other people, really hope that the Hotels will change their policies soon, no more all inclusive and higher alcohol prices, also a limit per person would be very effective. In my opinions only a few things could improve: - STOP all inclusive packages from Germany ASAP (German tour operators have to change their conditions and explicitly mention it in the contract, this behaviour has to stop, nobody wins on that) - pasta overcooked and sauce was not good, bolognese should have meet inside :) carbonara what? no please. Train the chef to cook Italian food please! No sugar and water in the sauces! Please! - Double Beds are actually single Beds, ok I understand, its a resort, but... could you please fix them together well so they don't separate while people are making love? :D - The lady at eggs cooking station need better protection for her arms not to get burn, i don't feel good to see someone working without necessary protection. Please protect your staff from injuries! They are the best and deserve it. Overall great hotel, staff, good food, excellent breakfast and service, I will definitely come back if you stop all inclusive for alcoholic customers.

Here’s three good reasons to go; 1) Lots of fine hotels in Playa De Palma, but very few located so centrally in such a quiet location - it’s like a magic trick; only a couple of minutes from Megapark, the bus stops to Palma or the airport, the resort centre and the beach, but it might as well be a silent part of Sóller or Pollensa. 2) Terrific restaurant & delicious unpretentious freshly prepared food; a spotlessly clean estate & shared facilities with another excellent property, the Taurus Park. 3) And most importantly, the smartest, kindest, most courteous hardworking team of staff that I’ve ever seen - from the excellent cleaners to the exceptional squad in the restaurant to the professional bar staff and the multilingual talented reception team - everybody knew what they were doing and you can immediately tell that it’s not just a disparate group of individuals; this is a dedicated group who make every client and every day count - note to Gruphotel; ‘Mell’ - Guest Relations is a genuine talent; gracious, professional & quick witted - an exceptional representative for the company.

In general very good quality and excellent service. Hote is situated in a quiet location near to the beach, shops, bars and bus stops. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful all the time. Excellent food, cakes and fruits.

Hotel near Playa de Palma

Stayed in Grupotel Orient as couple for 7 nights as well as used All Inclusive option. Pros: some of the staff was very kind and helpful and we really felt welcome. Especially would like to point guys at the pool bar. Quite good location 10-15 min walk to the Playa de Palma. Food was what we have expected and it is nothing comparable with Turkey or Mexico AI however as said we knew what we are going to get. Not too big variety however good quality and tasty. As All Inclusive guest you may get only national spirits. Hotel, room as well as pool area was clean and well maintained. It was good for us we were able to get late check out for additional 25 EUR since our flight was late in the evening. We also hade nice view from our balcony to the bay especially during sunsets. Cons. The Beds. For couple in double room you find two unstable single beds combined together but the beds slip apart continously during the night and we were lucky not to fell out and wake up on the floor. Room was really tiny. To summarize despite some of the issues we still recommend as it was good value for the money.
