Loud technorock made it impossible to sleet

Hotel room was fine but on Weekend s they blast techno rock from the outside bar so was impossible to relax or sleep. And the bar was empty anyway. I complained to the on duty staff but was ignored. If you want to sleep, choose another hotel. I certainly will.
All that glitters isn't gold.

The striking exterior hides a multitude of sins. Well maintained and visually appealing common areas. However, once you get into the lifts you begin to see how bad things really are. Peeling plasterboard, sticky tape to hold bits together, old, stained, musty carpets, fittings that hang off the walls, equipment that doesn't work, atrocious views unless you're lucky with your room. Noisy parties in their terrace, traffic noise and single glazing stop you being able to sleep. Reception staff very unhelpful, insisting that booking.com bookings do not guarantee the chosen room. We had booked a luxury room for the advertised price, but apparently it wasn't available when we arrived and were given three options, two of which were not what we'd expected and yet cost us the same, the third was to find another hotel. Cooked breakfast was a joke. All in all pretty awful. We stayed in a much better and cheaper hotel at the beginning of our trip. Definitely one to avoid.
Can't beat the breakfast at Riande Granada Urban Hotel

Nice hotel, good location, big pool area, pretty city view from our room, short walk to the Metro. But the best part is the breakfast - buffet style with eggs, some type of meat dish, regular breads with butter and jam as well as sweet pastries, cold cereals, LOTS of fruit, coffee/tea and juice. We missed that when we returned to Panama City later in our trip and stayed at a different hotel. There is a strange, kind of unsettling fiber sculpture of a giant woman on her hands and knees at the entryway. Not sure what the artist had in mind...
Very nice hotel

Whenever I choose a hotel I always read the reviews - good and bad (and there were a few bad ones!) On arrival I was impressed with the quirky, modern reception area. Check in was easy and the reception staff were helpful and friendly. I had to wait a bit for a room as I arrived early but there was complimentary water and comfy sofas. I was given a room on the 9th floor that gave a nice view of the city. The room was very clean, air conditioning, TV and WiFi worked well. The bathroom was small but adequate and had complimentary shampoo etc. Water pressure was good in the shower. The swimming pool was clean and pool towels were provided. Breakfast was buffet style that had cooked items, toast, fresh fruits, yoghurt, bread/rolls, ham and cheese. If I could find one issue with this hotel it is the lack of seating at breakfast time. I had to wait for a table a couple of mornings so recommend you go early or after the rush has left. The hotel has obviously taken on board the bad reviews and has made an effort to rectify them. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Soon as i walked into this Hotel i really liked it. Our Room was Good it had everything we needed. The only thing i would say that the only lighting we had was above the bed. it would have be better if it had more lighting. The swimming poole was very good and the area aroung it where you can sit. The Hotel staff were very nice and the porter was very friendly and always had a smile. The breakfast was excellent and also we had lunch there and the greek salad was superb. This Hotel is like a oasis. Lovely to return to after the busy streets of the city. Would definitely reccomend a stay here.
