Hot breakfast is a lie. There's no hot breakfast at all. Room (suite) lighting was a tiny lamp in the corner. Pool area is not kept up - gates don't latch, toilet and sink are broken, emergency call box is not connected, a dead animal was decaying in the pool skimmer, and the hotel didn't address it... guest did. Trashcans were overflowing outside for days. Room thermostat was locked. No clothes hangers in the closet. Random charges kept appearing on all guests credit cards, ranging from $100 to $300. Don't let them tell you the hotel is 6-15 minutes from a beach.... It's 20-30 minutes drive.

First of all it’s not the country inn anymore it is a Radisson, closest hotel in Panama to the canal,we stayed here for our anniversary because my wife wanted to check off the Panama Canel on her bucket list Pro: closest to canal, Uber was $3 to get everywhere except Miraflores visitor center $7, It is on the Ambor Causeway Con: 24 hrs cafe very expensive $2 for a can of Coke, street vendors were $1, restaurant was lunch only and was a set menu, rooms need updating Becky was Complaining about mosquitoes the last morning right after that they came around with a mosquito control killer

So the size of the room was nice. I enjoyed that it had a separate living room area considering the fact that it was four of us on our girls trip. The room was not up to par. The bathroom had a smell. The walls are super thin. Someone was arguing and banging on the door in the middle of the night. The walls had chips. The sofa almost swallowed me when I sat on it. The beds were okay, but the pillows were too small. The breakfast was average. The location was nice, however, I would not return to this hotel.

Just “ok” Hotel
Reviewed 19 december, 2018
Hi, I rate Hotel on 3 things 1 service: it was a pain, I arrived here with my wife and 2 kids age 6 months and 18 months, I was standing in lobby carrying my infants for almost 20 mins. There was only 1 guy to check in. There were 2 girls in front of me and the check in guy started chatting and took almost 15-20 mins to check in. When my turn came in it took him 5 mins to check me in, he was not even apologetic 2 ambience: nothing fancy, very average rooms, don’t even bother to sleep on sofa sleeper, not worth it !

Lots of smells

This hotel is ok for the price but I would not recommend more than one night there. My floor and room smelled like cigarettes even though the hotel is supposed to be non smoking. If you catch breakfast when it’s fully stocked it’s pretty good.
