When we arrived they could not unlock the door. After being up almost 48 hours we had to wait 2 more hours for entry to the condo. That was a sign! Upon entering the smell of mold was overwhelming! We requested to be moved to a cleaner healthier room to no avail. We have had this problem many times here and a dehumidifier has helped but not on this room 406. We met other couples that have had similar and even more issues. It seems as though this once beautiful property is being allowed to turn into a dump! We are waiting for a response from prestige vacations on our move request but not to optimistic. Will report back at the conclusion. I have to say at this point and time we will never stay here again! And for that I am very sad!

Fantastic, Easy and Accommodating Experience

Located about 20 mins from the airport, close to (but not in) the more touristy areas and beaches. Nicely managed, clean and modern rooms. Balconies for every unit overlooking the pool. Pool area ample seating, temperate water, well maintained. Grills, basketball and tennis courts. Gym with 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, 1 bike, universal weight machine and free dumbbell weights up to 30 kg. Property Manager was great. Very secure with gated parking. TVs had standard cable. Across the street are several good restaurants and bars, including an ice cream shop.

Stayed at Palm Aruba condos well kept excellent staff, management very understanding and accomodating. Great location across from Bingos and Linda's Dutch Panckes. Definetly worth the price and location

Decent Accommodations but Poor Service

We have mixed emotions about our stay here, but honestly we'll probably book somewhere else in the future. The condo was well appointed and located in a nice area, and they do a good job keeping the grounds clean. That's about the best parts I can stay about our stay. Our condo (Unit 312) had a musty smell inside when we got there that never seemed to go away. The bed was pretty uncomfortable with some obvious stains on the mattress. One of the closets in the bedroom was pretty much unusable because of the layout. We noticed a leaking sink drain in the kitchen, but it took us over an hour to get a hold of someone to fix it as the front desk was rarely staffed. One night there was a group of people partying in the back barbecue area until almost midnight. With the layout of the condos, the noise was coming right into our bedroom and keeping us up. We tried to call security a few times, but they didn't speak English and trying to use Google Translate over the phone was almost impossible. We sent an email that night about the problem, and tried to call the front desk again in the morning, but they both went unanswered. Lastly, when we went to check out, we again called the front desk multiple times but no one answered. We walked down and no one was there. Eventually, we found one of the housekeepers who explained the manager that does the checkouts wouldn't be there until later in the morning. We had a flight to catch home, so we had to just leave her our room key with our information on a post-it note and hope that everything went ok. At the airport, multiple calls to the condos as well as their management agency went unanswered, as well as any of our emails. We never got an email confirming that we had checked out, and still haven't heard from them as I write this review a week later. In short, the units were spacious and updated, the condos were in a good area, but everything else around the stay was stressful and time consuming, the two things I definitely do not want while on vacation. I can't imagine what it would have been like if we had a major problem, and for that reason I would strongly discourage anyone from booking their stay here.

Great Spot

Clean, comfortable as advertised. Well stocked kitchen utensils. 4th floor unit. Pool quite nice. All amenities functional. Stayed 20 days. Staff quite good. Excellent location for walkers and public transit. No complaints, would recommend this establishment quite readily.
