Beautiful, Elegant and Refined...

Reviewed 13 january, 2022

Our Encore Panoramic King Suite on the 57th floor was fabulous. Our suite was spacious and sparkling clean with separate living and sleeping areas. Housekeeping refreshed our room perfectly each day. The bathroom was large with standalone shower and a nice deep soaking tub. There was plenty of counter space and the bath towels were thick, thirsty and plentiful. Thankfully the Wynn-Encore properties have not hopped on the “communal use” bath products wagon as I cannot be convinced that option is tamper-proof or at all hygienic. Our bed was dreamy with top notch crisp and fresh smelling linens with both soft and firm pillows to choose from. The overall condition of our suite was flawless. The decor is elegant and refined with a bit of an art deco vibe with lovely art and wall coverings throughout the suite. The lighting system was a bit challenging but we figured it out pretty quickly; lol. Great black-out drapes. We could control all lighting, room temp as well as the drapes from bedside keypad. Sufficient closet and drawer space for extended stays. Sadly there is no in-room coffee and zero fridge space as everything is auto-charged if you move it. Ice machines available on multiple floors. Every staff member we encountered from check-in to check-out were polite, welcoming and helpful. The views from the floor to ceiling wall to wall windows were EPIC day and night. Don’t fret too much if you don’t score a Strip view as the vistas of the city and surrounding mountains are stunning as well; especially if you are a frequent visitor and have already see it all. We chose to self-park which is very convenient and free of charge. Valet is $25 per day. There of course is the dreaded $51 per night “resort fee” Grrrr… There is a plethora of high-end shopping and dining options throughout both properties. We had exceptional dining experiences at SW Steakhouse and at the visually stunning Delilah which also had wonderful entertainment while we dined. Reservations are an absolute must these days. Also do not miss the marvelous, quirky and imaginative nightly “show” on the Lake of Dreams each night on the half hour. It’s one of the coolest things in Vegas (IMHO). Chill and sip a cocktail at Parasol Down and enjoy... We travel to Vegas often and have stayed in most if not all of the 4 and 5 star properties along the Strip throughout the years. You simply cannot beat Wynn-Encore for an elegant, upscale and luxurious stay. Each time we return here we ask ourselves why we ever stay anywhere else. Location could be an issue for first time visitors as these properties are at the very far north end of the Strip. Our UBER down to what we consider center Strip (Aria, Bellagio, Cosmo, Paris, Caesars, etc.) was approximately $15. The entire Wynn-Encore properties are exceptional in every aspect. We have NEVER been disappointed and we highly recommend. Viva Vegas!

Great Hotel- But Location Matters

Reviewed 11 january, 2022

We recently stayed at Encore for one night (Fri-Sat). The room, service, restaurants, and amenities at the property and Wynn are fantastic— definitely the best I have experienced on The Strip, having stayed at Palazzo, Bellagio, and Cosmopolitan before. Having said all of that, though, there is one huge drawback to Encore: if you are on the south side of the building (the side with the best Strip views), you are directly above the area where XS Nightclub is. As this is a partially outdoor venue, and even from our room on the 29th floor, you can hear the club music very clearly at night. I called down to the front desk at 2am to ask when it ends: they said at 4am. I had already been trying to fall asleep since midnight, which was when it began, to no avail. At that point tue front desk employee told me that essentially no matter where you are on the north side, even higher up, you can hear this noise. The manager that night offered to move us to the north side, as their occupancy was purportedly low, which we accepted. This was much quieter in the bedroom, so we were able to sleep. However, even in the bathroom from this room, you could still hear the music slightly. I know I may be slightly noise-sensitive, but I thought all future guests should be aware of this when booking and during check-in in case there are others like me.

Beautiful Hotel

Beautiful hotel! Location was a bit far from the Strip, but that was our preference. If you like to shop during vacation, the shopping availability with Luxury brand on the main floor is for you. The amenities were nice, there was a pool available but always has many people. Take note, there is a casino on the main floor, which is loud every night, and people smoke. But hey, you're in Vegas. It didn't bother us. even with kids. Although we got free breakfast and was excellent, we only tried 1 restaurant inside the hotel by the Wynn building and of course, it was pricey. I would stay here again.

Great stay, excellent service.

We spent three nights in an Encore Resort King room.Everyone was great, from the young lady who checked us in to the security guards on the way to the elevator. The room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping did an excellent job even placing all our toiletries on cloths nice and neat. The casino was pleasant and we had some luck. We ate at Sinatra and the service was the best we have ever experienced. Rafael went above and beyond to make our dining experience special. You can definitely tell that you are in a higher class hotel because you don’t smell pot everywhere. I don’t have anything against pot, just don’t like the skunk smell. We will definitely be back. Thank you to everyone at the Wynn/Encore.

Barking dog

We stayed at the Encore from 12/30/2021 through 01/02/2022 we have stayed with you for several years and have loved the property and service, this stay was a nightmare, we requested the strip view so we could watch the fireworks from the room they stuck us on the back side of the strip, when I called to see if we could get the strip view they said no and supposedly talked to a manager, they mentioned that there were going to be fireworks from resort world what a joke, there was a dog that barked next door all night long and when we told the desk nothing changed it continued to bark night after night the last night our flight left at 10am but we got so sick of hearing the dog bark and could not sleep, we left the hotel at 5:30am it was like being in a trailer park very disappointed with the entire very expensive room. They never even changed our sheets on the bed very pour experience.
