Front desk was very responsive, housekeeping pleasant - however somehow ended up with itchy bug bites during our stay. Although they clearly have signs requiring masks inside, the one place it was not enforced was in the breakfast buffet - where many adults/children walked about the room and near the buffet food without masks. Airport is nearby, planes fly low, so sounds from early morning planes were particularly noticeable. Good location for restaurants within walking distance.
Do not recommend at all

I have been accustomed to the high level if service and quality at other Hyatt establisments (Hyatt, Regency, Park, Place). This property is highly nog recommended for the following reasons. 1. My first room facing the CVS across the street, had a horrendous smell, likened to rotten eggs, sewer, decaying body 2. Room is quite antiquated compared to Hyatt standards. Dark, low popcorn ceilings, 90s furniture, bathroom fan cover ajared to expose half of the hole, etc. 3. Breakfast food was below par. They begin to clean up and close down about 10 minutes before the end time. Food was missing or not replinished (cream cheese, yogurt, etc). Main food was limited (scrambed eggs only with bisquit on Sunday morning). 4. I believe in reasonable accomodations for Covid-19. However, the measures were way too lax and poor. Unmasked people walking around, crowded in the breakfast area, elevator, food handling causes for easy cross contamination, etc. 5. Breakfast service was mediocre. Front desk uoon check in and check out were wonderful!
Convenient location .. nice clean rooms.

This hotel is very convenient to get to and from McCarran airport. But with that comes the noise of large jets flying over at all hours. Prices are good, room is clean and well appointed, but found having no microwave a little disappointing. The staff go above and beyond to serve all of their guests. Parking was not a problem, but all of the doors other than the front entrance were not accessible for entry.
Rancid smell near Room 439!

Booked for 6 nights...checked into another hotel THAT SAME NIGHT...the smell was unbearable. Maybe a diff floor/room away from smell would have worked...didn't wanna chance it so we just checked out around 3 AM
Another stay at Hyatt Place Las Vegas

We’ve stayed at the Hyatt Place Las Vegas Paradise Road several times over the last 15 years, but the hotel is starting to show it’s age. Decor and amenities could use some updates, and the complicated breakfast has been pretty much the same for many years now…
