Dirty, smells, pool closes at 6pm, valet is closed, casino is closed until at least 2022. The balconies are closed and that's was 70% of the value. They refunded me $800 but it should have been twice that or more.

Fantastic steak and lobster! Pleasantly surprised:) the gnocchi compared to Little Italy in San Francisco and the scalloped potatoes were so creamy and cheesy😋. We were walking by after leaving Caesars, came into the bar and stayed for dinner and so happy that we did!
Can be rowdy but nicely renovated

Palms was somewhat rowdy when I visited (i.e. a lot of younger drunk people) on a Friday night, because the club was in operation at that time. However, it has been really nicely renovated, and for someone who likes to check out off-strip or near-strip casinos, I felt that it offered a nice experience. The Station Players card also provides a discount at the Buffet, and there were plenty of new slot machines. The food court was kind of weird (i.e. kind of a low rent food court located very prominently/visibly in the middle of the length of the casino slot floor). I also highly recommend taking a taxi to/from here back to the strip at night (i.e. the walk is a bit sketchy in parts). However, all in all I enjoyed my visit here and thought this a nice facility.
MONEY STOLEN, MANAGEMENT USELESS, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I stayed at the Palms and had money stolen out of my room. I reported it to the staff and I am not exaggerating, they could not have cared any less. When you are spending that type of money on a hotel, the least you could get is an i'm sorry. They sent me through hoops talking to all these different people and not a single person I spoke to could help. I understand that you have to follow procedures but the least you could do is comp one of the night stays. Nope! I couldn't even get a manager on the phone. Every time I asked to speak to a manager I was told there wasn't one around, or that person can't help, or I'll have them call you back. I have never felt so disrespected by an establishment in all my life. DO NOT GO HERE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Spend your money on a hotel who cares about their guests and actually empowers their employees to help instead of everyone just saying it’s not their problem. It is too bad because I was going to recommend this place to my friends, now I will boycott and make sure everyone in my family and friends does also. WORST EXPERIENCE!

I was in my bedroom and I heard a noise coming from the living area, so I walk over and found a guy walking around. I asked who he was and he claimed to be taking inventory of the snacks. He claimed he knocked but there is no way. I had no TV or radio on. He didn't even apologize. He stated, well I'm here so I'm going to take inventory. I called the front desk. I thought they were going to comp my room. But when checking out the claimed he said he knocked. I was given nothing for this. He obviously was in a hurry to get his job done or maybe going to take things. Not sure, I feel this was a big invasion of my privacy and they made it look like this is normal. I still plan on bringing this up to Steven Thompson CEO of Zilis. Maybe others had similar issues.
