Pousada Provence emerged from a dream, that of living close to the sea. In 1992, Interior Architect Marlise Wilden, left Minas Gerais behind and started building the inn in Paraty. After making some trips to France, he identified with the Provencal lifestyle and brought with him some ideas to recreate this climate in Paraty.
