Lovely boutique hotel in the middle of Paris

My mom and I had a wonderful 10 day stay at Hotel Artus in early December, we wanted to experience Paris in its Christmas lights for the first time. And boy - did Paris show up! Hotel Artus was a great home base for our Paris activities - close to a lot of things, it was easy for us to go back to the hotel for a quick break in the middle of our busy sightseeing days. As many of the reviews state - all of the hotel staff speak English and Sanjay as the chief concierge - will ensure you have what you need for a fabulous time in Paris. From where to get your French COVID health pass - to where to get a COVID test for your trip home - to what cocktail bars to check out nearby, or what afternoon cafe is a great spot to people watch. Sanjay can also assist in getting you a reservation at a hot restaurant, if that is what you're looking for. We were so nervous about getting COVID (even though we were fully vaccinated with our booster shots) - but ironically, I caught the stomach flu and the hotel staff was so fast in getting a doctor to come to the hotel to get me some meds, I was up and running two hours after the doctor visit (so different from the US healthcare system!), after a quick rest. There was an unfortunate event with a temp hotel staff member thinking our hotel room was empty and we had a surprise intrusion - but the hotel team gave us every assurance it would not happen again, and it did not, we were happy to see the issue resolved promptly and with good communication. The hotel location is really in the middle of it all - a bit touristy but literally a 10 min walk away - you get away from the tourists. Very close to the metro and a lot of bus lines, and walkable to the Seine River. I have found my new hotel in Paris for future stays. Thank you Hotel Artus team - and Sanjay - hope to see you again.
Amazing from Start to Finish

We just got back from an amazing 4 nights at the Artus. The staff were always accommodating and ready to answer questions but the real star is the location. Easy walking distance to everything in St. Germain with a lot of restaurants right down the street. Great access on the metro and easy to walk to the city's top attractions. We will 100% be looking to stay here again when back in Paris. Our room was the Chambre Privilege. The room was fantastic - lots of space - but its essentially a room without a view. The room is on the ground floor and directly faces the street. The windows are glazed and double paned. Its super quiet and we never heard anything on the street but it would have been nice to be able to look out the window. Just something to keep in mind. When we go back we'll definitely book a different category. That being said, we were barely in the room because its PARIS!! Highly recommend this hotel - I know we'll be staying here again.

After much research for a two night stay prior to our Viking River cruise, we had two rooms booked at Hotel Artus. We made a good decision, location was perfect, room was small but clean and comfortable and staff helpful. Thanks

We had a wonderful week long stay at the Hotel Artus. A convenient location near lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel was very clean and inviting. The concierge Sanjay was a highlight of our stay. He was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. A wonderful wealth of Parisian information. We look forward to staying here again in the future! If you are looking for a small boutique hotel in St Germain, this does the job well!

We stayed in a nice, comfortable and clean room. The location is perfect and the staff was really, really nice and helpful. Sanjay was always ready to help with any kind of demand, from a restaurant to a PCR test reservation. I recommend it!
