Lovely clean Hotel. Very friendly staff. Had a lovely stay here this weekend. Internet access is offered free to guests, and rooms at Le Havane are equipped with a flat screen satellite TV free of use. The hotel's location is great!

Have spent 5 days at this hotel on date of 27 June 2020 for 4 persons, and was pleased by the very clean and charming rooms. At my surprise despite the hot weather outside the room was very chilly and pleasant. Was welcomed by friendly and smiling personnel at the reception. The 2 rooms that I have booked were very good equipped (hair dryer, TV). and recently renovated! One of the room had a very clean bathtub of which I was also pleased and my kid's room had a shower. The staff at the reception were all speaking English and helped me find a public parking very close to the hotel (which you don't need to walk more than 5 minutes from when coming back). I work sometimes at the laptop in the nights and in hotels I ask for WI-FI. The WI-FI was secured in order to be accesible only to clients, after a small talk with the superfriendly night-shift reception guy he offered me a coffee from the coffee machine in the lobby :). The coffee was a good workboost for my work. I don't usually submit many reviews but I wanted to share my experience with whom visits this hotel

The rooms have NO air conditioning. Noisy road. Rooms are very small. Shower was tight. Elevator is tiny only one person can fit with luggage. Hotel is old and rickety. Maintenance on stairs are bad andcarpet is not tight. Trip hazard. I would not stay there again! i am disappointed in my travel agency, Europe Express for booking a reservation there.

Too much noise, staff is very rude, we are a family with two kids, they didn't even apologize, or compensate us for that work and noise coming out of the building . Don't even think to book in this building ( not hotel).

The WORST hotel in Paris in its category. We booked a three-night stay. We were given a third floor room. The hotel is under renovation and right to the left of our window the facade was covered with scaffolding. The works on the facade started at 8am, mostly hammering and heavy sanding, straight into our wall. Our booking.com rate was 100€ per night but on the hotel's website they offered it for 65€. When I asked why the reply was that a private business can put out different prices every day. I complained about the noise and pointed out it was very unprofessional to rent out rooms under the situation. I was met with a shrug. I complained by email hoping to contact some supervisor and I asked for a refund. The hotel's reply was very cold and I was accused subliminally of extortion because I said I would write an unfavorable review. I was also told that "We encourage our guests to reserve on our website with a cheaper price than Booking.com or Expedia." I don't know if this an honest practice.
