Perfect place if you attend a show in Accor Arena Bercy. The only thing is the drink offered to silver member. I was with my family and I was told the drink offered was only for me and have to pay for my family….just stupid. What is the cost of four soft?
Not Novotel Style

The Service was not based on Novotel Services, the rooms are too small, Toilet and Bathroom are separated, Lobby and Breakfast Area was too Small and you had to wait in quay to get a table, and everything in a small place. The Breakfast Quality had ways to Improve, and the Coffee was the Worst. Parallel to our stay, renovations were ongoing in the Hotel which was very annoying, not to mention the midnight noises from the Accor Arena in front of our Room. The only good thing about the Hotel was most but not all the employees, which were very nice and made the stay enjoyable. COCO during the Breakfast was a well seen attraction which the Kids and also everybody else enjoyed. In Total, it was not worth the Money and would not suggest it for a stay in Paris, The Service was more than a two-Star Hotel even not in the grade of Ibis Hotel, it made my expectation from Accor and Novotel sink to Underground.
Excellent base for visiting Paris

Has just become our absolute go-to hotel in Paris. Very convenient location: a little outside the city centre but with a metro station on the doorstep serving two main lines. Underground car park right at (but not owned by) the hotel. Costs 30 per 24 hours and is a tight squeeze for bigger cars but worth it for convenience and peace of mind. Staff couldn't be friendlier. Check-in fast, friendly and competent. We were warned of building work currently going on in the hotel but, as we were assured by reception staff, we didn't notice it at all. Room (family room with sofa bed) was impeccably clean with the best black-out curtains I've ever had in a hotel room and excellent storage (no less than two wardrobes, a relatively large safe, shelves and a cupboard as well as a large suitcase stand and plenty of room under the storage unit for smaller suitcases and bags). Although we had a first-floor room, we heard no street noise at all and very little noise from inside the hotel. Toilet is separate from the bathroom/shower but there is no way to wash your hands without leaving the WC cubicle and walking round the corner to the bathroom, which has glass doors and requires a bit of manoeuvring to access since it is so close to the bed. The bathroom is very modern and appealing but this layout isn't especially well thought out: if you're someone who has to pee in the night, you're gonna hate this! Breakfast was more than sufficient and staff were lovely. Seating was very chaotic on two of the three mornings we were there. We seemed to have hit peak breakfast time and there were long queues for tables. The situation wasn't helped by some guests who sat at the tables long after they had finished eating; one guy had even brought his laptop down with him! The staff did their best and even had entertainment for the kids: a magician one morning and a balloon-animal-producing pirate the next. We would book this hotel again in a heartbeat and found it to be an excellent base for a few days in Paris.
Excellent location, walkable to Bercy Village and stadium

This is a very nice property that is very convenient to the Metro as well as the bustling Bercy Village. There are all kinds of restaraunts nearby. During my stay, the in-house restaraunt was being renovated, which was a detriment. The staff was over the top as far as service goes, especially assisting with Covid 19 testing and other travel matters. There is not a lot of good work space in the lobby (due to the construction), but I will definately come back to this hotel in the future.
Extreme noise, AVOID it at all costs.

There is extreme noise during the night from the music venue Accor opposite the hotel. The bass passes through the windows, I just cannot sleep.Shouting and drunken people everywhere at 12:30am. The staff did not do anything regarding my complaint. Avoid the hotel at all costs .
