Hyatt Paris Madeleine

Never seen so caring people in any hotel (including this one in COVID free stays). While the restaurant was closed (by regulation) we managed to get personal food service in the lobby with excellent service.

The penthouse Eiffel Tower Suite at the Hyatt Paris Madeleine is one of the most spectacular rooms I have EVER stayed in. The suite is very large with a spacious bedroom and walk in wardrobe, a sitting room with sofa, table and chairs, and a coffee machine and TV, the bathroom is stunning floor to ceiling marble with a huge bath and shower, and there are multiple beautiful balconies with sensational views of the Eiffel Tower. I loved that when I arrived there were freshly baked madeleine cakes in my room for me. The room has a very plush and premium feel, with velvet drapes and heavy carpets. All up, it was a very comfortable room which was made even more special by the views! There really is nothing like going to sleep looking at the sparkling eiffel tower and waking up to the sun rising over it. The location is fantastic, walking distance to many of Paris's most impressive sights, and plenty of fantastic restaurants and cafes. The staff were all lovely, and very quick to assist with any needs, the food was also wonderful. I chose to have a breakfast spread in my room, rather than in the dining area, and I would highly recommend this, as breakfast overlooking the eiffel tower to me, was a real treat! It's not something you can do everyday! As to be expected at a Hyatt, the internet is flawless, the aircon is reliable, security is 100%, and the room and entire hotel felt very clean and covid safe. An exceptional experience and I look forward to staying again in future! I’ve stayed at the Hyatt Paris Madeleine boutique hotel several times recently for business and, as a world of Hyatt member, was fortunate enough to get an upgraded room each time- thanks to Monsieur Hugo and Madame Wyssem who did their utmost to make each stay memorable. Each request was fulfilled right away. The rooms were bright and airy, super clean with lots of amenities- bathrobe, slippers, espresso machine, etc. , and had a beautiful view from a little French balcony of the Boulevard Malesherbes. The location of the hotel is excellent- minutes away from all luxury shopping, major sights like the Louvre, Place de la Concorde, Les Tuileries, Champs Élysée. I felt very comfortable and well looked after during my stays at the Hyatt Madeleine.

We stayed at this hotel last night. A regrettable experience. No room service, no breakfast. We understand hotel services are reduced during the pandemic. But here, there were simply none at all. We had to order food on deliveroo. There was even no receptionist after 7pm. Services in the room subpar as well. Couple of instant coffee packets and a kettle in the room. Shower water didn't evacuate properly. Only one towel. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Overall however, you either make sure you can provide basic services expected of a Hyatt hotel, or charge less than the usual fair.

We wore visiting Paris for three days with our two children. The service, restaurant, bar, room, was excelent and worked very well for us. Our room was on first floor and we couldnt hear the busy street.
