Disco noise in the room
Reviewed 31 october, 2021
We have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. We have stayed in the room 211 and we listened to music all night in our room until 07:00 am. The location is good but that’s all. If you stay here, be sure that you are in a room that doesnt have disco noise. İt is One of the worst experience i have ever had in a hotel.
DONT STAY HERE! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, STEALING, & SMELL!

I have never written a review on trip advisor, but I felt like I needed to warn people about this hotel. I have traveled all over Europe the past couple months, staying in 10 different hotels. This was by far the WORST experience. Great location- yes, as it is very close to the Champs Elysees. Good sized rooms- check. Safe- indeed (we are two girls traveling so safety was very important!). Price- expensive but we thought it would be worth it. We were excited to enter the last stint of our travels and enjoy our first time in Paris, but this hotel did not make it easy for us. First off, the receptionist was utterly rude and curt to me and my sister upon arrival. It was as if we were below him, possibly because we were women, or Americans? Then walking through the hallway there was a horrible stench... we enter our room that was actually a good / decent size, but the musty/moldy smell overtook the room (especially wreaking in the bathroom). The sink got clogged daily, the toilet seat was broken. However, the straw that broke the camels back was the first night I sat a crinkled up 5 euro bill on my night stand and the next morning we jumped up and left for the day. I had joking told my sister the night before, watch me forget this. And of course I did. I thought to myself maybe this would be a good test. We come back after an exhausting day out touring to to get ready for dinner and guess what? It was missing (and I checked everywhere to make sure I wasn't going crazy). It wasn't a big deal, but it made me question the cleaning staff; if they took that what else would they take? I asked my friend who lives in France about this... she said maybe they thought it was trash OR it was a tip? But they left trash on my sisters side. So I called the receptionist, who just so happened to be the same gentleman from our check in. He didn't understand me then said he would talk to his colleagues. He called back 10 minutes later to tell us they trust their staff as they have been working there a while and the housekeeper told him that they did not take anything- of course they would say that!! Honestly, it wasn't a huge deal but his response and lack of empathy for paying customers was appalling. I was simply trying to warn him and raise my concern for their staff (as anyone should in this position). Now we were nervous about anyone entering our room, are we supposed to lock everything up if someone just took 5 euros? I would have even been fine he said "oh they thought it was a tip." But he started combating me, arguing with me, being patronizing, and making me feel dumb because he trusts his staff. All I needed was some sort of assurance, validation, and he gave me anything but that. I asked to speak to someone above him as I felt very disrespected. He got someone else on the phone, however, he didn't speak or help in any way, then said "okay, we will send the cleaning staff up." Next, the cleaning staff comes to our door?? WTF, that is the last thing I wanted. And apparently they aren't supposed to enter due to COVID without our consent. This was the beginning our our 4 night stay. Luckily, we had to rush to dinner or I would have caused hell. Plus we had been exhausted from traveling or we would have changed hotels IMMEDIATELY. The smell never changed and we tried to avoid the front desk the rest of our trip. The cleaning staff kept coming & I had to either carry everything with me or put them in the safe. I did not feel safe inside my hotel room. At the end of our stay, the two men at the front desk (not the same guy who helped before) were very kind and that is the only reason there are 2 stars here.

Room 319, a comfortable room with fine facilities. The lobby lounge is full of activity and its a perfect place to meet and talk. The lounge offers a huge plate glass window to the world, looking out over Rue de Berri, with its constantly changing vista of the passing urbane and cosmopolitan French crowd. The Warwick offers excellent breakfast in the restaurant, with wonderful service from the staff. Jerome is a standout maitre de. Nothing is too much trouble and his English is first class, as is the coffee he serves!
In the Mittel of Paris to a Good Price

Nice hotel right besides the Arche of triomphe. The bed is all but soft, the old house is not really silent in the night and the carpet is not the newest. But at the end of the day, I find the price justified trough emplacement, good materials and size of the room and if you are not too sound sensible, you can easily sleep here a night or two.
