Resort had sewer problems and other issues and failed to pull their listing

Reviewed 14 april, 2022

My nephew and his family arrived at the resert for a 3 day stay on April 6 and found that all common areas, play areas, the pool and spa and everything else was closed due to a sewer problem. An email just one day before arrival indicated that only the spa would be closed during their stay which was a gift from me, a time share owner, to their family

Second time here

Reviewed 16 march, 2022

A few summers back, we stayed for a week and did hikes, cave tour, salt lake city and local areas. We love the indoor pool. The second time here was just 2 nights. We stayed in because it was cold and raining. We enjoyed the room so much, we really didn't mind staying in.

Nightmare alley

Reviewed 15 march, 2022

This location was great. Close to the grocery store, bus stops and away from the busy part of town. There was free parking and laundry-that was the good. However, there was no heat for 3 full days and nights. We had to wear hats, sock and two layers of PJs to bed. Mountains of trash and old food was left behind. Footprints in the bath tub. Dirty dishes, plates, glasses, coffee mugs and stove.

Loved this place!

Reviewed 28 january, 2022

Loved the unit, location of the resort and the underground parking. The pool and hot tub were closed for renovations so I'm not sure what I was paying for with a resort fee of $122. However, the place was great.

Great location

The units are good size and clean. Unfortunately the pool damaged the resort aesthetic. We found out about this renovation on our way to the resort. The staff are friendly and ready to help. They only provided one time cleaning during our stay. Which it didn't make sense because we paid a resort fee when we checked in.
