HORRIBLE place worst service and smells Really bad

Very bad service. Receptionist was very very rude. Very bad smell. Hot tub was not working Will not stay at holiday inn again. Can’t understand how they can hire unprofessional people. I am in the customer service business. And her attitude is completely unacceptable. Does customer service matter anymore? Horrible place! Skip! La quinta Inn right beside it has much better service.

Horrible service with handling of disputed charged over charges…

Have frequently stayed at this hotel for the past several years without issues but will never stay again… Checked in for a weeks stay and checked out Sunday, I received a call from one of my coworkers asking if I had had a chance to review my bill, that he had and there was a charge for an extra night and he had call and they wouldn’t correct it.. when I finally had a chance to reviewed my bill I also found a charge for an extra night, I called thinking that maybe since it had happened to both of us it was obviously a mistake and they would correct… “wrong”!! Not only was the lady extremely unprofessional she was down right offensive and after realizing that I was never going to get anywhere I finally hung up…. Too bad, it’s a clean well kept hotel but beware, if you are overcharge when checking out you will not get the charges reversed unless you go through your cc company… I will be contacting the corporate office and my cc company and will write back with results but even if I get the charges reversed I won’t be staying there, I won’t support rude unprofessional people like that…

The place was nice and clean. Decor was really nice. The room, 2 queen, was very spacious, which made it very nice. The only problem I had in the room was the coffee maker in the room had problem. And I do know how to use a Keurig. I finally did get some coffee made. The breakfast was good and will supplied. The check-in was quick. 5 minutes at the most. I would return to this place

The rooms are so spacious. There was plenty of room for hanging out and watching TV and even a table for dinner IN THE ROOM! It was nice to have a Keurig coffee maker in the room, thank you! The employees were so sweet and gave the best references to the local restaurants that were so close. The gym is state of the art, I love how many machines there were to work out while I was away from my own gym. I will definitely be back!

Visted the area, but felt like coming home. Staff was so friendly! Rooms were spacious and beds were so soft. Breakfast was awesome, so many choices. Swimming pool was covered and large. The gym had so many machines and was so big. Hotel is close to so many shopping centers and great restaurants! Will definitely come back!
