As the name says, the hotel is connected to the Terminal 21 shopping mall. It was nice to be able to have countless restaurants accessible to me without even having to walk outside. There is a direct corridor to the mall. The breakfast was really good with a good variety of food. My son absolutely loved the swimming pool and waterslides. Every one of the staff was incredibly polite anytime we walked past them. Always said hello with a smile on their faces. I'd stay here again.

buy your wine in the liquor shop on your way there!

I was looking forward for this business dinner at the top floor terrace restaurant. The view is stunning, staff are nice, food is good - and that is about it. I understand that the obstructive emergency exit sculpture might be polarizing. I am in that camp demanding designer's execution :) I was in the mood to leave immediately as soon as we were told that this restaurant serves no alcohol! It was however fine to get the wine and liquor in the shop and consume it in the restaurant then. Thanks to my companions we could have a good evening, as the staff would not assist in buying the wine for us. This is something so ridiculous! You are either selling guns or you dont - there is nothing in between it. I wonder who is running this place?
just nice to see...

The final issue is the no alcohol sales policy. Something which we were told is company standard under their green policy but they're obviously not that proud of it because it's not mentioned in any of the hotels advertising. I only found out when I asked for the drinks menu at the rooftop restaurant and was told if I wanted a drink I could go down to the woodland in the mall and buy a bottle of wine and bring it into the restaurant. Words really do fail me on this one.
