Had a pleasant stay
Driving thru from Austin to Atlanta. We brought our dog (20.00 extra fee) The room had its own air conditioning init which i like during covid. Nice grassy area to walk dog. We were on 2nd floor and checked in about 9pm....tired so I didn’t hear “walking above us noise” that my husband heard. (Seen in other reviews). The room was clean and would stay at this hotel again.

Extremely well kept grounds and interior. My room was spacious and pristine. Huge thanks for accepting pets! I received nLie for money. Location was ideal for My travel plans. Face masks were used by all personnel I encountered.
DO NOT GO HERE
Rooms/ Halls smelt of strong smoke. When we stepped off the elevator- a roach was making its way down the hall. Red stains on the carpets. The carpets had a greasy feel- gross. The toilet seat wasn't even attached to the toilet. The arm to the chair in room wasn't screwed on. WORST stay EVER. If I hadn't been driving for 8 hours with 2 kids- I would of looked else where. My 12 year old refused to even sleep in the bed- which also had hair in it. The lady at the front informed me that every single room was booked. I contacted management - their solution was to get me 1500 points to my rewards account- those rewards gets you a free stay at a Super 8- literally. To stay at a La Quinta - 15000 points- so obviously they don't care about customer service. Your compensation is a free stay at a lower rated hotel ( used loosely) in their chain- not even the level you stayed at.
Comfortable and clean.
The counter staff were so friendly and kind! And the place was very clean. I did not worry about COVID. The rooms were clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It was very quiet. It is located walking distance to Texas Roadhouse Restaurant and mention where you are staying and get 10% discount. Not bad!
Party place?
Check in was quick and easily changed from 2nd floor to first room assignment. Even as Wyndam member this LQ still charges pet fee however, which is disappointing since LQ. Room appeared clean. Unfortunetly the grassy grounds had beer bottles scattered around which made you wonder if safe to be walking dog at night. The low rating due to what I can only guess was a female staff member across hall (in room with 'private label' on door) laughing it up at top of lungs for what seemed like an hour at 4am. Loud enough to wake me and keep me awake with 8 hr drive ahead me.
