I am a Flight Attendant, and I had to drive from New Orleans in the middle of the night to be able to catch a flight to Baltimore in the am (It's a long story lol). Anyway, I redeemed some points and stayed at another hotel who fell short of everything I needed, and I found the Ramada Inn as one of the local hotels that had long term parking. Going on 2 hours sleep and frightfully anxious about missing my 10:10 am flight, Tawanda knew EXACTLY what to say to calm me down. I spoke with her on the phone, when I got there she had the papers ready, and jumped from behind the desk to behind the wheel of the airport shuttle without missing a beat. She was like a SUPER HERO! I was crying when I got there and full of gratitude when I let. I hope she is recognized for being the caring and competent professional she is. I will DEFINITELY stay at the Ramada Inn the next time I am in Jackson! Thanks Tawanda!
Worst stay ever! Will never stay there again@. The rooms were nit

The rooms were filthy. There were bugs on the floor l, open exposed wire, open hole with plug hanging out the wall. Mold on the ceiling, bugs in toilet tissue holder, brown water in toilet, stained towels, dirty tub.
Light a match and walk away!!!!

This place is the absolute picture of disgusting. The room stunk like stale cigarettes (non smoking room so not sure why). Not clean … Looks like it never has been honestly. Hair all over the bathroom. Old bottles in the shower. Bed was disgusting. The outlets didn’t even have face plates on them. Overall disgusting place!!!
Cleanliness is 90%

Could not get in room until 7pm. Smoking rooms next door to Non Smoking room. Constant cigarette order. Tub which was actually a hot tub had long strands of hair upon arrival. Then looked down at the lip of the tub and the water jets were all clogged with brown gook and dirt. It seems to not have been cleaned in quite a while. The sofa was covered in short light colored hair. It seems to have been from a dog or cat shedding. They charge an extra cash fee at checkin for animals. You would think the upholstery would be vacuumed and freshened up for the next guest. If I could have gotten accommodations elsewhere, I would have checked out immediately.

As I write this post, I am in disbelief that this hotel is a Wyndham Property. I ask any Wyndham Corporate Executive to PLEASE inspect this property. This visit might very well save your brand. On Saturday, September 4th 2021 my wife and I made the worst decision of our travel overnight stays in choosing this property to stay at. The only positive part of our entire stay was that both of the female desk personnel that checked us in and out very pleasant and respectful individuals. This is is where positive comments end. I made a complaint with the front desk personnel and requested the General Managers telephone number with was provided to me. The GM is listed as JR Patel (662-820-8281). JR Patel has failed to return any of my phone calls as of this date and time. NOT TO WORRY. I was able to file a complaint with a representative from the Rankin County Health Department who took my complaints and assured me it would be handled expeditiously. The most egregious complaint dealt with what appeared to be a homeless person in a wheel chair who I witnessed with my own two eyes eating out of the cereal dispensers that should have been made avaliable to the public due to COVID. Whoever followed him eating out of the cereal dispenser is at great risk of becoming ill. The list of what we encountered in our room is as follows. 1- Brown skid marks which appeared to be human feces on our bathroom towels. 2-Sections of the wooden floor were missing. 3-Electrical wires over the sink were exposed due to missing ceiling tiles. 4-Holes in the drywall. 5-The smoke detectors were disconnected. 6-The bathroom door was locked and there is no telephone to call the front desk. I had to walk the halls of the hotel looking for someone who could get us into our own bathroom. 7- We were supposed to have a smoke free room. The entire hotel wreaked of cigarette smoke. I you value the health of you and your family I suggest you stay FAR FAR FAR away from this property. And yes I took pictures for my own records should they be needed in the future.
