I have been staying here weekly for work for 6 weeks now and my stay is always pleasant. My room is clean. Huge key is it is always quiet no matter which floor I am on. Terrell greats me every week I check in by name and is the perfect person to represent this hotel. Terrell is always in a great mood and has a smile on his face. Time to make him head of guest services!

We were traveling from Maine to Florida in mid September and normally stay in Holiday Inn Express. For whatever reason, I can't recall, we could not so with a wing and a prayer we booked a room in this hotel. Absolutely the most comfortable bed and best night sleep in any hotel in any place at any time. The common area was Immaculate and our room was as well. Four comfy squishy pillows on each of the double or queen beds in our room. Very nice soft linens and a nice bathroom as well with good water pressure and lots of hot water. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately we only had one night here. The location is a bit off the interstate, but not hard to find. If you like Dunkin' coffee, there is one right across the street. If you like Starbucks coffee, you've got about a 10 minute ride. The lobby is very inviting. The staff member I interacted with at the front desk was hands-down the best staff member at any hotel I've ever stayed in, including some very fancy hotels in Atlanta and New York. Unfortunately I am horrible with names and cannot remember his. But he was excellent: jovial and informative. We had a king suite, which had a separate seating area. The chair and sofa were comfortable enough. Not like home, but nothing is quite like home. The air conditioning was superb. (The hotel from the night before, not so much.) We love a cold room. It helps us sleep and always makes the room feel fresher. Everything was clean. I do not know what the other travelers who complained about cleanliness were seeing, because our room and bathroom was spic and span. The shower was excellent. The only issues we had were getting comfortable on the mattress (which is fairly common in any hotel) and the tiny pillows on the bed. Pros: —Great guy at the front desk (He gets 10 stars.) —Great AC —Great shower —Clean room Cons: —Mattress, took a while to find a comfortable spot. Would we stay here again? Yes. Already planning on it, actually. It was our first time staying in a Country Inn & Suites, and they were such great ambassadors of the brand, we signed up for their reward program and have decided to not only stay at this location again, but to also try out other locations when we travel.
Short stay
Low rate for room that has seen better days. Acceptable for short stay due to dollars paid. Staff was friendly and helpful, took note of room problems. Covd based breakfast was okay. Good location and easy access
