Terrible

Reviewed 17 december, 2021

So my wife an I stayed here Dec 17th- for one night. Dirty bathroom, dirty sheets, dirty floors, dated, bad smell. The only reason we stayed is we were exhausted from 13 hrs of traveling. We slept on top of the bedpreads using our own blankets.. Noise all night long. Coming and going. Overpriced, underperformed, and will never stay here again, or at any other Wyndham property. 2nd time, same kind of situation happened 2 years ago in Mobile, AL. Ed Jones & Brenda Quintin St. Petersburg, FL.

Bed bugs, disgusting bathroom and dirty floors. The sheets were stained. It felt like sleeping in a hotel room from a horror movie. From now on. Im making a reservation in a good hotel days ahead of my futures road trips

All night long . . .

Ok -- the big plus for this place is location -- near the highway, with lots of options for food nearby. Other than that , , , not alot going for it. The shower curtain & bath mat were dirty . . . the choice in paint color made the room appear dark & dingy. But during our stay the worst was the room right next to us . . . they started to party at 10:30 pm and didn't stop 'til after 4 am. When we checked out staff did ask if we'd been bothered by the noise (as other guests complained) and they said they had asked them to keep the noise down several times. I know the innkeeper can't be totally blamed for the bad behavior of other guests, but it's not like the place was booked up - certainly the guests could have been more spaced out & then the noise wouldn't have been as impactful.

Stop between family and home

I was put in a room under a long term stay. When I complained the desk clerk must have told the upstairs tenant because at 6 am i heard unusual racket right outside my room Also since I stayed there before I callled instead of going on line. I could not understand the English of the clerk. When I got there in person I still couldnt understand him. This doesnt make sense in America. Also the rooms are very nice but now I don't feel safe staying there.

The curtains and carpets were very dirty. There was dust all over the lamps and tables. There was bugs in the bathroom. And my husband said they were cockroaches. I have stated other Wyndham Hotels and never had this problem before.
