There were bugs on the counter, the blankets were stained, and my door lock did not work. The breakfast was pitiful. No plates, cups, bowls, or silverware were provided and the options were lackluster to say the least.

If I could give this hotel a negative score, I would give it a negative five. When I checked into the hotel on November 19, the staff at the front desk said they served breakfast from 7am to 10.30am. But when I arrived at the restaurant at 9:40am on the 21st, I found that the breakfast was over, and then I found that they had a big pitcher of milk, I asked an employee named Morina if she could give me a glass of milk, and she said very unpolitely, "The time has passed." Then I asked AnJ, an employee at the front desk, and I got a rude reply as well. They kept insisting that their breakfast finished at 9:30, pointing to the black sign outside the restaurant. In my opinion, the employees of this hotel don't know what service is. They offend the customers everyday, and they also don't know what is Nice and Kindly. Maybe they are two-faced people!!!At this time, several guests arrived, and they, like me, were misled by the front desk clerk. They also thought that breakfast ended at 10.30am. Which means the front desk staff used this method to keep you from eating breakfast when you checked in. Normally I am Nice and try not to comment even if the hotel facilities are old or there are cockroaches, given the lack of business, but this one really pissed me off. And the hotel does have a lot of little roaches crawling around the kitchen counter. Watch out for Indians, hotels and Internet companies in the US are basically controlled by Indians, they take your ID and credit card details, they have high tech, they charge you 5 star hotel rates, give you 1 star service and scam terms. Indians are very good at having babies and maybe one day the US President will be an Indian. Real Americans will be ruled by Indians.

I booked through Hopper APP .We paid only $78 for one night. For this price point it's a good stay. TripAdvisor reviews worried us but our experience was good clean room . Highlight was breakfast trust me it's much better than Marriott......

The positives were clean sheets and comfortable mattress, fridge was pretty good. AC worked well in the bedroom only. Negatives, where to start. First room the AC was filthy so we switched. Rooms smell like fake air freshener. Living room area was hot and humid with no air vent. Bath towels were smaller than normal and all towels, especially wash clothes, were paper thin. Housekeeping staff was friendly but did not speak enough English to understand which towels we needed. Faucets were in need of repair with hardly any water pressure. We had to request slower faucet be repaired which seems like a normal maintenance item. Bathroom walls were stained. We have stayed at Country Inn & Suites across the US and this was the worst. The one five minutes down the road at Round Rock was many times better. We did get a cheap rate and switching would have more than doubled our cost so we just stayed.

The room was musty, bathroom was far from clean and the carpet was stained. Lots of unsavory characters in and out as well. Should have went with a hotel with a higher rate. My mistake for being cheap. Would not recommend.
