I don't even know where to begin. We've been at this hotel for a year now and words cannot explain the things that I seen and how the place has transition over this number of time that we stay here. We don't sing four different managers number of employees and countless number of different people. I would even be writing this review right now because usually I'm the one that usually tries to stay out the way and not cause any problems but when problems are addressed to me when there's something benign then it's our problem. Who was told today on May 8th 2021 after working all day the find out are keys don't work. So as I went to the front desk after setting our stuff by the door of a room the we are locked out because that we owe money. So I asked the first time working out front what's her name is Emma the park is at work and we need to get it in her room. She told me that our keys don't work cuz we have a payment due from yesterday and that we needed to pay for today then again as of today of May 8th 2021 turn it. I was confused on how that is cuz we had a price match to toupee a certain price and we had paid for two days and then the next day paid for four more days at the same price. So we should have checked out on May 9th 2021. She stated the what we was paying was too low of a price and that we was getting charged for whatever price it was going for daily. We was never notified have any change and pay change as we check the mail everyday up front, and would never told the following day that we owed for that day either. Like I've said I've stayed quiet this long. But have you read the reviews there is 30 bad reviews more than any other poor reason. We should even have to pay taxes at this point and we should be getting some kind of discount for being here this long as we consider this our home. But as of tomorrow May 9 2021 this is just another raggedy as a hotel. I don't even expect a response from any corporate or manager the tell me that they are sorry for this sorry piece of s*** Hotel because it took a whole year for me to say something because I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt because like I said this was home now it's just the chop spot. The people that are working here besides the ones the know who they are they do their job I'm not going to say names like Meagan and Christian them are two of the good employees the rest even the hotel manager or unprofessional when the balls don't even wear anything that has to do with the company just shorts and a polo t-shirt and smoke cigarettes all day long and yells at her employees call him names then tries to be nice to you the next day after you done what they wanted you to. I'm not going to keep going on it's already long enough here are some pictures that I'm going to share with you which I'm not expecting nothing from this just to let others know they should look somewhere else thank you. These pictures are just some of the many I'm not going to put them all on here just because to prove a point like I said I've been here a year and after tonight I'm just done.

When I arrived on 2/18 I was asked for my ID and credit card. I advised the check-in clerk that I already paid through Priceline ($142.98 on 2/6). She stated I would not be charged. When I arrived at the room I noticed there were stains all over the carpet, office chair and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. I was exhausted from my day of travel, so I took a shower and went to bed. When I woke up the next morning I had bite marks and a rash on both of my arms. I went to the front office and the sign said they do not open until 6:30. I slipped my room card through the door. I called later that day and told the front desk person what happened and that I would not be staying another night. Today (2/28) I noticed I was charged ($114.98 on 2/19). So I was charged by Priceline and the hotel. I called and spoke to a lady at the desk who said she would check on it and then she put me on hold. I was on hold for several minutes and then the call disconnected. When I called back Emma answered. She said the person who put me on hold left for the day and asked if she could help me. I clarified that the person put me on hold and left. I aksed for that person's name and Emma said she did not know her name. I'm sure she was lying because she just made shift change with this person. I advised Emma that she is the one I spoke to on the 19th about the room and that I would not be staying another day. I advised that I was double-charged for the room. She said she checked me out and refunded Priceline for the 2nd night and that she told me to contact Priceline. She is lying. She never told me that during our phone conversation. She then put me on hold again. I hung up and called guest relations and relayed the whole story to Bani. Bani stated that this is not the first time this has happened and that she is embarrassed and sorry that this happened to me. I advised that if I was bitten by bed bugs those are easily transported when you travel and that is a very serious situation. She then stated that she was sorry, but I would have to call back during business hours. I was very upset because now I have to call another person and go through the whole story again. Please read the reviews on this hotel regarding bugs and drug deals in the parking lot. I wish I would have before I stayed there. I will be calling back tomorrow.
I would give it a zero but that's not an option...

Our sink overload and instead of a plumber coming to fix it, I was handed a plunger and told to fix it myself. We also had a toilet overflow after only going number 1 in the middle of the nigh. I called the front desk numerous times and no one answered. Thank goodness we already had the plunger! At 3 am, my boyfriend had to call the front desk and ask them to ask the guests outside to quiet down as they were drinking beers, smoking marijuana and cigarettes and partying in the parking lot outside our first floor window. We could hear them despite the window being closed. The entire hotel smelled like wet dog and cigarettes. It was not clean. The shower dripped all night and the handle was separating from the wall. Arizona has a mandatory mask law and the front desk man decided this did not apply to him and spoke to me within 3 feet without a mask in sight. The Wifi barely worked. I chose this hotel specifically to study while my boyfriend spent time with his family. The Wifi was so bad I had to go to a coffee shop in order to get any work done. I have stayed at Extended Stays in the past and always had a lovely experience. This was horrible and I regret every minute of staying there.

The room was dirty. I stepped on dried dog food in the room. I don’t have a dog. Obviously never vacuumed from the last guest. Items from the previous occupant were still in the bathroom vanity. The cleaning service is needs improvement. The free wifi is extremely slow.

Terrible. Beds hard, not enough pillows, no towels. Requested towels and was given one with a bag of washcloths. Room had grime in the corners, a hole burned in the carpet, and dried blood on the dishwasher. There were no lights near the pool, or any care given. We were told "people dont swim," which, then, don't advertise the pool. People knocked on the door several times between midnight and 4am. The desk lied to my wife there was no manager, and the non-manager also kept putting off the time she could speak with them. We were told and reciepted a refund which we still have not seen arrive. Also, not enough parking. I would leave zero stars if that were an option.
