Very clean but shower head SUCKED
Reviewed 15 november, 2021
The room was super clean. Definitely a nicer room than what we have been given in the past. Only down side was the shower head hardly put out any water. Most of the water would just run straight down, kind of like a faucet but not enough power for you to shower under. Also, a group of women were smoking inside the hotel while waiting for the elevator and inside the elevator itself. It sucked getting into the elevator with an asthmatic 10 yr old and a new born after these people walked out. I know they were seen by staff because one of the staff members made a comment to me asking me if that "was real". No one attempted to stop them. I love staying at Greentree. We have stayed there a couple times now but this was not okay at all.
Great 14 day business stay.

Clean, quiet with a very friendly staff. The laundry was clean with new machines. The hot tub was out of this world after a long day. There is a bar and restaurant on the first floor with very well priced food that is surprisingly good.

The rooms are clean and the staff was pleasant. The free breakfast was better than expected. I would stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. It was also located near places to eat and convenience stores.
GCU family…..this is a no

Checking our son into GCU and this was a close location and compared in price to other hotels nearby. Service staff I rate a 3, did their job but no smiles, no one went out of their way to help me when I arrived early. Patio door locks automatically, got locked out of room and had to scream for help from balcony. No soap, no shampoo, no room service, no notice that room service would not happen, NO TV or Internet 90% of our stay which was the deal breaker for me. Lyft driver cautioned not to walk around in this area it’s dangerous. Lots of homeless and drug users in the area and it was very noticeable during the day. Thumbs down will not stay here again while visiting GCU!
All around nice room.

Room was nice. Big bed. Love the balcony! Kinda pricy for the area, Front desk were very nice except for some heavy set dirty blonde with a chip on her big shoulder. Rude and a disrespectful kid. The adults were great though. The security guard was cool AF. Most security at these hotels are real wanna be jerk cops. But this dude with a Mohawk was the nicest, respectful, down to earth guy. Besides that chick I fully enjoyed my several nights stay.
