Solo estuvimos una noche para descansar y realmente vale la pena por la comodidad de las camas y la habitación. Fue un viaje familiar, y lo único malo que le encuentro es que fue poco el tiempo y no lo pudimos disfrutar más. Muy recomendable.

This hotel was beyond my expectations. I was greeted with the biggest smile from the desk clerk immediately. I wish I would have asked for his name but he made me feel welcome and even made a big deal of my Silver status which not one other hotel has. I don’t expect it but he made me feel special. The lobby is clean and large and I was told the manager was hosting a dinner which I did not attend but now I wish I would have. My room overlooked the beautiful pool area. The room was so clean and had everything I needed. I didn’t need to ask for anything from the desk which is nice.I slept so good and wish I could have stayed another night. I also dealt with a female desk clerk later in the evening and she was so friendly and again, I felt welcome. I will stay at this hotel anytime I am in Phoenix and will recommend to everyone. I had to leave early and was not able to have breakfast but I’m guessing that would be as great as everything else.

Great place. Front desk check in was fantastic. Rooms clean and the beds were comfortable! The breakfast had many options for a free breakfast. Will definitely stay here again. The hotel was also close to shopping and ASU.

We were able to check in early, which was wonderful. After we returned our rental car to the airport, the shuttle picked us up, and we were able to arrange for a shuttle ride to the airport for our flight the next morning. The manager gave good advice about timing our departure. The shuttle was not available for taking us to a restaurant for dinner, so the manager arranged for a Lyft driver to pick us up, a nice surprise. The furnishings and floor plan are very good, and the suite was sparkling clean and in wonderful condition.

Very Pleasant One Night Stay

Before I forget, I want to give a shout-out to Kim at the front desk. This hotel has a 24 hour airport shuttle, but, when I arrived, the shuttle was somehow otherwise engaged, so Kim found me a Lyft to take me from the airport to the hotel. In fact, she found me two, as the first one never showed up. Thank you, Kim! My suite here was quite large, with 2 televisions, a full-size fridge, a kitchen sink, a dishwasher, and a 2 burner cooktop. There were enough glasses, mugs, plates, and bowls for four people, but not enough silverware, so it was fortunate I was staying there by myself. The room also contained a dining table for two, a desk, and a very comfortable bed. The hotel has an exercise room and a few computers available for guest use, as well. Breakfast, included in my room rate, included cold cereal, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, very thinly sliced bacon, fruit, juice, coffee, etc. There are a few options for dinner a very short walk away. This place is about a 15 minute ride from the Phoenix Airport. If I stay overnight in Phoenix in the future, I would not hesitate to stay here again.
