The rooms are filthy, the smell is awful, the staff is a joke, no customer service, there are rats in the rooms and the toilets doesn't work. I would not recommend anyone going there. Staff is Terrible and Hilton Honor's doesn't care about your experience.

My husband and I are local and we didn't stay at the hotel but looked for a place with professionals who are friendly and would tackle our feet prior to an upcoming family wedding. We were very happy to find a relaxing and welcoming spa, nice conversation and a glass of wine with Jeannine and Nannett. We will be back!

A sprawling mess. The pictures must have been taken centuries ago as this place is in serious need of a face lift. No elevators to the condos on second floor and parking is troublesome. If your staying in one of the outer units you need to take the shuttle to the on site restaurants. As some others have noted, check in itself requires a reservation as the line was out the lobby. I had high expectations. Most disappointed. Stay elsewhere.

Great resort, nice pool and hot tub amenities, good location, great customer service, nice rooms, comfortable beds. I think the room details claimed it had a luxury spa tub when it was actually just a normal bathtub so that was disappointing. It’s also good value, but pretty expensive regardless.

I’ve stated this resort before it’s actually nice But they are clearly having staffing issues with regards to those who pick you up from your room and it’s too far from most rooms to walk To the meetings and the front desk area
