This hotel is perfect for business travel. It has friendly staff, very clean rooms, comfortable mattress and pillows and a great breakfast. We found accommodations here after asking for refund at another hotel that was inhabitable for its filth
OK for a night, but would choose others

Many of the rooms face the highway. Try to get inside room to avoid the noise. My room was right above reception. I asked for another room, but they wouldn't give it to me. No elevator if you have a big bag. There is a fountain in the middle of the courtyard that runs all night. Try and get a room away from there. Breakfast is OK, but unfortunately no bananas, no yogurt. Neighborhood is meh. Also too many smokers and smoking rooms at hotel.
Quality in Service at the Quality Inn

Talk about rejuvenation. Renovations to the facilities are not all that's going on at the Quality Inn Scottsdale West. The change in ownership has really paid off for the location. The staff is both friendly and helpful. The check-in process is simple whether you're made a reservation ahead of time or are just dropping in to see about a vacancy. In the morning, the staff serves up a buffet-style hot breakfast that includes Biscuits & Gravy, Waffles, an Assortment of Bagels, English Muffins, & Danish. You can also grab a yogurt, apple or banana, or a bowl of cold cereal. Wash it down with 3 choices of juice, or grab a cup of Joe. Visitors can dine in a spacious dining room or take their feast back to their room. For those dining in their rooms, I recommend taking the tray from under the coffee maker in your room to breakfast to make it easier to carry all that food back to your room. Weather permitting, there is a large swimming pool and an in-ground hot tub that hits the spot for weary travelers to soothe the sore backs and muscles.
