Big garbage house in front the hotel / below balconies

Big garbage house in front the buildings. Piles of trash and garbage. Garbage view from the balcony all the time. Questionable sanity. Staff have been aloof in general and many flies under the light and in the room (possibly related to the garbage house next to the hotel)

Hotel was clean and a 5 minute walk from tiger Muay Thai. Perfect for what we needed. The customer service was excellent, very friendly staff who were helpful and always looking to help. I would definitely book this place again. They have a restaurant and a laundry service too. Ideal for those who are training.

It's my second time staying here. The hotel is new, clean and look modern. It has two buildings, both are comfortable and well maintained. Their rooftops are superb. The rooftop of the first building is like a green field to enjoy amazing view including sunrise and sunset while the other, a swimming pool is located which makes me feel like swimming in the air. The room is spacious and furnished with amenities I need including safe to store valuables. Its door is sound proof. The staff made me feel so welcome with their good service-mind and helpful.

Issues solved in the blink of an eye

I’ll be very honest, we only checked in today and I’m already straight to TripAdvisor to write a review, I never do this, but my experience today called for it in leaps and bounds. As part of the test and go scheme we checked in and had to isolate in our room until we received our negative results. Unfortunately our lovely room faced a huge AC issue and we were left sweating buckets while we isolated. A quick call to Belle in reception, some maintenance visits later and the AC giving up Belle and her manager Rin made sure we weren’t left suffering. Not only did they happily change our room for us and move us out of the sweat box ( these things happen no one is at fault for an AC malfunction) but gave us another stunning room to call home for the next few weeks. Rin himself escorted us up to our new home and made sure we were fed, watered and comfortable. Day one in Phuket and blown away by the hospitality. It’s rare to write a review on day one of a visit but I’ve every faith the Blue Hotel is going to be the perfect location for our stay. Thank you Rin and Belle for your kindness and care today! We feel right at home.

The Blue Hotel is (price/performance-wise) great! We stayed for 5 nights. The location is superb. If you’re coming to Phuket to train, then this is the hotel you should stay at. The only negative thing I can say is the housekeeping. They always came late in the day and were a bit sloppy.
