Parkway
Very friendly. Clean and very nice room. Very good breakfast. A little busy for my taste but if you want to be right on the parkway this is the place to be. Breakfast was good even if it was simple it was delicious. They appreciate their customers and it shows.
Amazing
So we Checked In on 10/14 as a family and the room was great. Could be cleaner but overall comfy beds and pillows. The breakfast was great (mask and gloves required and provided) boxes were provided to take some food back to the room. The staff is so sweet! I bothered the front desk bout 4 times and every time they were so kind. The outdoor pool is cold. The kiddie pool was really cold. They have an indoor pool and that was amazing. Warm and cozy my 70 year old grandma enjoyed it. Great location right on the parkway and next to a Walgreens which was awesome since we have a 2 year old and needed diapers/ milk. It was a quick walk next door. My husband and I checked into our own room on 10/16 king bed with the jacuzzi. Omg they had a bottle of cider and a sweet letter waiting in our room for us. (We had just gotten married) Our room was quiet, clean, great view and a balcony. I would book this hotel over and over again. Love it! Thank you so much for making our stay so nice
Getaway
Willow Brook lodge was a very clean and a great place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Steven even upgraded our room upon check in. The Heated pool & hot tub was a great bonus. Hotel convenient to walking to a lot of nearby activities restaurants in pigeon forge such as the comedy barn, go cart tracks, Big daddy’s pizza & Causal pint restaurant/pub with killer Mac n beer cheese. Will definitely return again. We had a blast!

We were very happy with our stay at Willow Brook Lodge August 13-15 while attending the Grand National F100 show at the Leconte center. Both of our rooms, 241 & 315, were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff did an amazing job and the entire staff very friendly. It’s close, convenient and within walking distance to many attractions especially the Leconte Center. The pool area is large, two pools with a hot tub area and great for families with children along with several poolside rooms. We would recommend Willow Brook Lodge and will be booking again for next years show.
Wonderful place to stay!
My son and I had a great vacation and loved staying at Willow Brook Lodge last week! The room was clean and our housekeeper was super friendly. My son loved the pool and slide. It was in the perfect location. We could walk to many things. We will definitely be staying there again on our next visit to Pigeon Forge!
