Tiene tremenda ubicacion, pero la limpieza es bien pero bien pobre el servicio de muy poca cortesia y los cuartos tienen un mal olor terrible..

If I could rate this lower I would!!! By far the worse place I have ever stayed! Room 107 barely opens with the key cards. Woke up to roaches crawling across the room. And the TV kept going in and out. The wifi that they advertise was not online there was on breakfast. The 24hr desk ha there was no one there all locked up when we went to check out called and all I was told was ok. Never ever ever again. RUN don't do it!

The Lodge at Mill Creek in pigeon forge is worse than horrible. It was a nightmare!!! The room is not as pictured, the toilet didn’t flush, holes in the bathroom door, bugs crawling , carpet filthy, do I need to continue? We were not able to stay at all and they won’t refund all my money as they told Booking.com they would. I have contacted the chamber of commerce and the BBB because this place needs to be shut down ASAP!!!! It’s totally wrong what these people are doing to guests.

My cousin and I stayed at the Lodge and we walked in to our room that had a lock that was broken. In addition to this, we found a bug in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but housekeeping only came in one day during our stay and barely cleaned. Our bathroom’s fan also does not work and the sink leaks water. We will not be staying here again.

Stink bugs en mass, office closes at midnight and we cancel your Reservation, Rat pills by microwave. Half used roll of toilet paper, no extra. Mattress were clean look new. When you pull up a hole in a building where a ac once was.
