MANAGEMENT PLEASE ADDRESS YOUR MOLD ISSUE. NOT SAFE! Checked in first room, terrible. Second room was the same. Mold everywhere and a live roach on our bed. Floors were very dirty and not vacuumed. Tops of beds and middle table very dusty/not wiped down in a long time. I understand a lot of places are short handed right now but the effort to clean is minimal and the mold problem is something severe. If black mold is visible like that, mold spores will be all over the room. Potential health hazard. Customer service was nice about it at least but I wanted to show them what I was talking about, they said “don’t worry about it we will just get you a refund.” Which tells me they know about it at least. BEWARE

Shabby, uncomfortable.

Shabby. We go to an event here yearly and something has changed. The rooms used to be simple but clean. No more. The sink counter had cig burns and the carpet was filthy. Stink bugs. Worn out mattresses. I do not recommend this hotel. Next time we will stay somewhere else and drive or walk to the event.

Not sure how there are even over 3 stars. This place is garbage. The floors had residue all over them. I laid a sheet on the ground to do a quick stretch/workout before the day, and my husband lifted to see that the sheet was pretty black from all the muck. The toilet was nasty. The tub was nasty. There was black mold. The employee on the first night was rude. We pulled up after we had breakfast on 9/25/21 and there was crime scene investigation going on in room 313 I think. The pool area was nasty, but the jacuzzi at least worked. There were stink bugs in the room hanging from the ceiling, clear that people will smoke in the rooms because the curtains were disgusting with spots. We shouldn’t have stayed but definitely won’t make that mistake twice

Shabby, cheap best avoided

I booked a room for five days, I was in town for a church meeting. It was so awful, I’m not sure where to start. First, the desk is not 24 hrs, there is no on site security. The WiFi works intermittently, and is not that fast. Flat screen TVs are the cheap ones you can purchase at Walmart for $100, like for a guest room. Several days into my visit, I came back at night to find a guy in the outdoor seating area doing meth. A day later, I was awakened by the sound of police radio. (It was dark, I didn’t go investigate). Second, the place is poorly maintained. Paint, soap and water are cheap. I had to request washcloths and towels, if I wanted to stock bathrooms, I’d stay home. The rooms need painting, mold needs dealt with, carpets cleaned. The worst? They have a bedbug infestation. When I complained, the manager at the desk just shrugged her shoulders and said she couldn’t do anything.

Room was dirty; holes in the wall( apparently where hair dryer used to be); poorly painted; carpet filthy; remote did not work-they had no batteries-front desk reception was not courteous-grass out front was knee high-shrubs need to be trimmed-juat all around poorly maintained!
