Esta Sleep Inn podría haber conseguido una mejor clasificación; sin embargo, los olores que invaden la habitación estropean la experiencia por completo. El olor a rancio y humedad penetra en tu nariz incluso cuando estás durmiendo. Encender el aire acondicionado empeoraba el olor y lo hacía insoportable. No puedo decir nada bueno sobre el desayuno incluido en la tarifa. Me he alojado en varios hoteles por este precio y comí mucho mejor y con mucha más variedad. Los zumos estaban agrios y pasados. La única cosa buena que puedo decir es que el personal era muy agradable y servicial. Todo el personal de recepción hacía más de lo esperado por ser servicial. Por ejemplo, la máquina de hielo se estropeó en el segundo piso, yo necesitaba hielo para el desayuno. No hay máquina de hielos en el segundo piso, sólo en el tercero. El recepcionista George subió al tercer piso (sin que se lo pidiera) y me trajo una taza de hielo. También me dio unas direcciones muy útiles al lugar donde iba esa mañana. El camarero durante el desayuno buffet estaba preguntando constantemente a la gente si necesitaban algo con una sonrisa en la cara.

The staff was pleasant. Before making the discovery of the sway in the mattress and blood in the top sheet I’d already cleaned & sanitized the room. My husband & stayed for 3 nights. They offered to switch our room but after cleaning the room we decided to stay put. I was told they may be able to take something off the room charge…..wow a whopping $15. We were in town for a conference and this was one of the last choices available we took a chance. We will definitely book ahead next year at Hilton, IHG or a higher quality hotel. We we won’t be stuck next time around.

The building was clean but had suffered much damage from hurricane Lara Everyone was friendly helpful nice the area was perfect for what was going on didn’t have to travel much plenty of places to eat

I needed a room for a business purpose. I’ve stayed here before and it was pleasant (not the best). Well it would be nice to know about renovations when looking into hotels. It would also be nice if prices were a little cheaper DUE to the renovations. I mean there are things that DON’T work or UNACCESSIBLE! A few of the guys who do the renovations smelt like weed towards the end of the night. I got into the elevator after they got off and that’s all you could smell. I was sick to my stomach. First night the fire alarm goes off, the waffle machine doesn’t work properly. Im gonna avoid this place in the future.

Horrible front desk experience!

This place use to be enjoyable to stay at but now is a joke. I’ve stayed here many of times before. The hotel is going through renovations it looks like but the staff has always been friendly. Now I don’t know if new owner/management but the front desk staff is horrible. The clerk who checked me in didn’t say much I had to tell him I was here to check in. Your name. I told him. He seemed new so I tried to be patient but when he said fill this out and can you get you id and credit card. People sit them down all the time and accuse me of not giving them back. Rude! I can’t remember the other front desk clerk but I asked about him and they said he don’t work here anymore. He was a great front desk clerk. And greet you when you walked thru the doors. So then he said hers your room card have a good day. I felt as if he was rushing to get me out the way. Room condition was nice and housekeeping asked if I needed anything when passing in the hall. I don’t know what happen to the guy who use to do morning front desk but wish they would bring him back. Rethinking about staying here anymore….
