No es lo q se ve en las fotos. El hotel está muy descuidado , las habitaciones son viejas, chicas , oscuras, ruidosa. Los lugares comunes son viejos , los pisos sucios. No es agradable llegar al hotel después de un día de recorrida por ny.
In town for a wedding

My wife and I have stayed at many Drury Inns. Nathan and his staff were most welcoming. From check in with Nina, to check out our stay was most enjoyable. The evening reception and food were a welcome bonus after a long day of site seeing. The hotel itself was clean and the room was very comfortable. Nathan made sure to Check on us at breakfast each morning and wanted us to enjoy every aspect of our stay. The location was great and overall could not have been a better experience. Thank you Nathan and all your staff. We will be back.
Great Hotel in good location

This hotel is located central to downtown and close to many attractions. The valet is $32 per day with in and out privileges. Driving up into the hotel is somewhat tight, but we must say that their valet service is stellar and everyone was very professional. This hotel is known for their breakfast and evening social, which is pretty nice, when thinking about a full served meal. The breakfast was decent, with the usual waffles, oatmeal, cereal and meat products. We are not pork eaters, so we would have liked to see a better variety of meat items, but the evening social was pretty good. There were meatballs and mash potatoes and a salad with some other miscellaneous items and another days meal consisted of chicken alfredo and vegetables and other items and hot dogs were always served. There use to be popcorn and drinks , which we noticed were not served. The hotel still offers a free alcoholic beverage with tickets. The only issue that we had with this hotel is how they survey guest who are staying at the hotel and entitled to the meals that were served. We witnessed hotel staff approaching a guest that was dining and he was asked to show is hotel key to verify that he was actually a guest, which became somewhat heated and it turned out the guest was actually staying at the hotel. The hotel requires that you have a key to enter almost every door, so anyone who can access the eating area should not be able to if they are not a guest. The staff should not be put in a situation to question whether someone is a guest or not. Sadly, after that guest was questioned, an employee that worked at the hotel, also questioned my husband, which seemed somewhat inappropriate, since we had been there the day prior. Management should work on another process that allows staff to become less engaged with guest and eating privileges, it seems tacky and beneath a hotel brand. We would suggest staying in a queen suite instead of the regular rooms. Our initial room was a standard room that did not have a working toilet and could have used a little cleaning, but management was able to move us to a better room, which we were happy with. The beds are somewhat soft, so we were happy to have 2 separate beds to sleep in comfort. Something that is not original to this hotel is the idea of social distancing while in common areas, like the dining areas. Many of the guests were in close proximity to other guest while waiting for their turn at the meal selection. We are not sure why this hotel and many other establishments have reopened to the extent that guest have free reign on handling their food servings. We witnessed a guest going to the beverage machine with his personal container and sticking it up to the pop option to fill up his container. We of course reported it to the staff and someone did come out and sanitize the machine. We can't blame this on the staff, due to some people are just not concerned for the wellbeing of others. Businesses should get back to the practices that reduce the spread of this pandemic, by cutting back on the contact that is made from guest to guest in certain common areas of the hotel.
Great weekend stay!

This place was fantastic! The staff was great, the 5:30 Kickback was so cool, complementary breakfast, and the 8th floor has an outdoor patio that is amazing. We will stay here again on our next trip to Pittsburgh!
Perfect for Family Stay

Enjoyed the spacious room with a king and a sleeper sofa. Kick backs and breakfast were a plus. Valet and parking was a little difficult but got the job done. Had an issue which the hotel was quick to rectify and make right, pleased with their service and follow up in that regard. Happy overall with my stay at Drury.
