The staff was delightful and it was friendly and clean. The other patrons were pleasant. I’m glad my other hotel cancelled our prepaid reservations and we ended up here. Temperature control worked well. Bed was just right. Kitchen was surprisingly nicely done. Full sized refrigerator.

Liked the room but the mattress was so bad I had to sleep on the floor.

You get a full kitchen so for the price, that's really good but the mattress was so bad that I had to sleep on the floor. I don't even have back problems but I back started to hurt after about 5 minutes on the bed. Also I know for the price they wouldn't clean the room everyday but they could at least collect the garbage.

Have used this hotel before. Rooms are. Nice had 2 queens. Has a first floor workout room with washer and dryer. Only has coffee no breakfast included. Only cleans room once a week or after you leave. Price,was good with kitchen included.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Booked this hotel for 5 nights via Hotel.com and already paid in advance. But this hotel charged again 245$ extra to our credit card without informing us. After 3 weeks of continuous follow-up, they gave partial refund but 80.61$ is still pending. They are giving nonsense excuses. Beware of Candlewood Suites Plano.. KEEP CHECKING YOUR CREDIT CARD AFTER CHECK OUT FROM THIS HOTEL.

Yeah I do not like that rooms are not clean. If this is any type of extended stay, then you need to state that rooms are not cleaned daily. You pay over 300 for 3 nights and your not going to clean rooms???? Suites is an overstatement for this hotel chain...
