Nice and clean room

Great stay for me. If you do not want to be woken up to a party, while enjoying your stay this isn’t the place for you. As you’ll be able to hear the loud music from Senor Frogs on the corner. However, there is a tequila shop right under the hotel. Also, 7/11 is right across the street. The rooms where cleans and the prices were fair.

We stayed here for a few nights. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Nothing fancy, but great for the price. Friendly, helpful staff. Wifi, television, small refrigerator. The only issue, and it isn't the hotel's fault, is the drunks walking down the street yelling and singing after the bars on Avenida Quinta close. Not too bad on weeknights, but the weekends bring out the crowds. Our room was on the front of the building, so we were right on Fifth Ave. Like I said, the staff were great and the room was good. I would stay here again.
Great place for a massage

I did not stay at this hotel, but got a massage here from Laura. My wife also got a massage with Karla. I highly recommend checking this place out, especially for a deep tissue/therapeutic massage. It was 800 pesos, a bit more expensive than other places on 5th Ave, but worth every penny. Laura is well trained, and did some incredible body work. The rooms are clean, albeit a bit small. I've gotten dozens of massages in Playa over the past 6 years I've been coming here, and this is by far the best I've had.

We didn't plan on staying in Playa Del Carmen but luckily found this place the night of and here is my review:
Pros - great staff, cheap rate, spacious room, clean room, great view of 5th Ave, nice bathroom and shower, good beds, and good AC.
Cons - none
Great find, central location.

We found this place, while walking down Avenue 5, looking for somewhere to stay. Centrally location, middle of Avenue 5. We only stayed one night as we had accommodation booked for Cancun for the next 3 nights, if we hadn't, we would of stayed longer. We got a room with a balcony, over looking the street, noisy but if you are going out partying, it does not matter. Room was a little small, but clean and bathroom was clean, wifi was a little dodgy. No fridge or safe, but you can work without these things! Reasonable rates, think we paid about 950 pesos for one night for 2 people. Great location, when you can walk out of your hotel and have loads of bars and restaurants right in front of you and within walking distance. Friendly staff.
