Location and rooms nice

Room was very nice. Arrival day was fine, then it went down hill from there. 2nd day no running water, so toilets weren't functioning nor can you take a shower. The pressure in the water both in the shower and sink was a mere poor. 3rd and 4th day no elevator, harsh when you are staying on the 3rd floor, especially when you are checking out with luggages. The water on the tub took over 1 hour to be fill. Pool needs a lot of repairs, while hanging out in the pool there were workers everyday, replacing the floor, I think they should have put a sign letting the guest know. Front desk, check in was fine, Ceasar checked us in, Amazing worker, excellent and personable. Second shift we were greeted with Alex, now he was rude, awful customer service. Our last day of check out he didn't show up for work, we were greeted by the maintenance guy, Marco awesome person, again he was put to cover because Alex never showed up for work and Marco did not know how to work the front desk and we had to leave so, we weren't checked out. Hopefully I won't have a surprised bill. Overall I would not stay here nor would I recommend this place. Major flaw, they never answer their phone, email or WhatsApp, tried for days to connect with them and we have nothing.

No AC, for over two days. Never ever rent this hotel is a terrible service and they don't even care about you spend two nights whitout AC. They don't offer you a parking lot. The water on the tub take over 45 minutes to be full

Very nice and very good value, right on 5 av,booked a junior suite but it was no view at all and there was some noice all night from the machine room or the pumps for the swimmingpool, it was little bit annoying, next morning i asked for another room and they said its a lower category, but i didnt mind so i got a room with a balcony overlookng the walkingstreet the room was very nice and exactly what i wanted, the staff was very helpfull and nice, the elevator didnt worked until the last day (but its ok for some exercise) ,was good for check out my bags from third floor, didnt tried the breakfast, the roof top pool was great only 6 sunchairs but almost no one there anyway, so overall its so near a 5 i can give, find the right price about $70 /night right on the best location is good will recommend and i will absolute be back Thanks to the staff

Waste of money!

Booked this place as it was supposed to be a special trip. What we got was loud music from the bar downstairs (part of the hotel itself) until midnight every night, then sporadic noise between 12:00 and 5:30a.m. From 8:00 a.m. the shop opposite was blasting its speakers. Not sure why the windows don't block the noise. On top of not being able to sleep for more than 2-3 hours at a time, there was no water on the second day, which meant no hot tub in the room, no toilet flush, and guess what? No communication from the hotel about it. No notification, no apology, just nothing. The room itself had a dirty floor, there was a coffee-capsule machine with no capsules, not even a chance to buy them anywhere.... the internal doors (shower and toilet) are glass and don't seal, so there is really no privacy... all-in-all a total nightmare and as I paid the whole amount for the stay on check-in, there was no way to get my money back. The included breakfast was a measly affair; a couple of slices of watermelon with two pieces of toast and a bit of butter and jam, with a coffee. For a place which describes itself as five-star. As the breakfast is hosted externally - around the corner on calle 26, you even get asked each day if you want to pay more to upgrade your breakfast. Five-star, indeed. There is wifi at the hotel but it didn't always work. The TV in the room was big and had lots of English-language channels, which was a great comfort as I lay restless in the middle of the night. The infinity pool on the roof was surrounded by sun loungers but there were no towels offered. There were what looks like originally a couple of suspended chairs up on the deck, but only one remains; the other is just a dangling chain. Oh and going back to the hot tub mentioned earlier? When the water did work, it, and the pool, were cold. Never again.
